Comfortable stay with friendly staff, would return.

We booked a quick caravan getaway with our little one and, honestly, it was quite a pleasant experience all things considered. The staff were genuinely friendly and tried their best to keep spirits up, with games like bingo and a cheerful attitude. The location itself was lovely, peaceful and well maintained, which made for a relaxing break. We did find it a bit frustrating that parking isn't guaranteed right next to the caravans - its first come, first served and if the neighbouring caravan has a couple of cars, you might end up walking a bit. Sadly, the pool and entertainment were closed - we knew that beforeh and, so no surprises there. Price-wise, its not the cheapest option, especially with some facilities unavailable, but we still enjoyed our stay and appreciated the effort the team put in during tricky times. Definitely a nice spot for a short escape.

We had a fantastic time! The caravan was spotless, spacious and really well-equipped with a big cooker and fridge freezer. The bed was honestly the most comfy weve experienced in a caravan. Highly recommend!

The unit was alright, but it only had an extra single bed which didnt really add much compared to the basic one. Some parks tend to offer this when you book certain units, I suppose.

The beds and pillows were really comfy and the place was spotless. It had all the essentials we needed. We werent fans of the crazy golf and kids play park right outside, but honestly, it didnt ruin our stay at all. Just personal preference.

We noticed the sticker claiming high cleaning standards, which was reassuring. However, a few things werent quite up to scratch. The living room heater was pretty grubby and we ended up washing the cups and plates ourselves before using them. Not a huge deal, but definitely something to improve on for next time.

We had a fantastic time in Scratby! The beaches nearby are simply stunning and there's so much to explore around the area. Great Yarmouth turned out to be a real surprise, really worth visiting. Our caravan was cosy and well-kept and the staff on site were genuinely helpful and friendly. Only thing is, we missed a lively evening vibe since there was no disco after 10. Still, overall, a brilliant holiday - wed definitely come back if they ramped up the night entertainment!

We stayed at this Skegness apartment recently and were genuinely impressed. The place was spotless and tastefully decorated, perfect for a couples getaway. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a full-sized oven and electric hob. The electric shower was great too. For the price, its a cracking deal!

We loved our stay! The location is great-just a quick drive to Yarmouths main beach and only fifteen minutes to Horsey Beach, where we saw seals. Plus, there's a nearby beach within walking distance. Perfect getaway!

We had a lovely time at this park! Its a decent size, not overcrowded and really close to the beach.

We found the area around the place really convenient, especially with the bus stops right outside - no need to bother with the car. The accommodation suited us perfectly as a couple. Only downside was the entertainment; the caterwalling acts were a bit of a turn-off, so we skipped the club most nights.

Really pleased with the place, everythings tidy and had all we needed. Just wish the wardrobe was a bit smaller for the room.

Honestly, we found the place quite decent overall. The kitchen was spotless and well-equipped, which was a relief. The bedrooms were comfy, though we did notice some minor stains on the sheets. The biggest issue was the window leak in one room during rain and a drafty door, which could definitely use some fixing. Still, for the price, not too bad!
