Well equipped, vacuum cleaner didnt work, chair legs very loose, half filled glass with mouldy liquid on top of cupboard, greasy kitchen

The location of our caravan opposite the maintenance yard was noisy, uncomfortable and not at all private. There are other caravans in every direction. The caravan was basic and fairly clean, although we found dirty plates in the cupboard. There were some basics lacking such as a hair dryer, tea towels, oven glove, hand wash. Just little things that would have made a difference. The beds were really uncomfortable and the twin rooms tiny. The bathroom window didn't close properly, creating a draft through the caravan and faced directly onto the caravan next to us. Not private at all.

Lovely caravan. Everything was as described. Could do to have some more utensils and bowls for cooking.

Great lodge, lovely space and layout. Great kitchen area, just needed an oven glove which was really needed.

Quiet when I was there. Caravan reasonably clean, it was a pet friendly one so not expected to be perfect. Very small arcade, so disappointed child, only took a few minutes to get bored.Ordered food in the restaurant, took an hour to arrive and they were not busy! Parts were overcooked and inedible. On site shop is tiny, but Asda only a few minutes away.Love that they encourage recycling and provide separate bins in caravan to make it easier.

We booked our holiday through Hoseasons, and always book a similar caravan. We have never booked a high end caravan such as this time - or so we were led to believe. We paid much more than previous years and the caravan was no better than the lower grade caravans booked in the past. We felt we had been overcharged.

The outside could do with a good clean. The single beds are plastic, ok if you have young kids but not for adults or teenagers.

Lovely new Caravan. very comfortable

Well equipped, clean and comfortable. We also had decking which we werent expecting so that was a great bonus.

The caravan is good for a base. The seating is very uncomfortable as they are very hard and it hurt my back to sit there. There was no instructions on how to work the heating as it was cold in the evenings and in the morning. So we had to put the fire on in the lounge to heat up the caravan.

Platinum 2 bed caravan. Excellent location on the park (front row) . Superbly fitted out & very clean.The park's in a good location. Short walk to Pevensey Bay village & bus stop's outside the gate if you don't want to drive to Eastbourne.Friendly staff & lovely park.However, the shop's tiny, so worth bringing stuff with you.Overall, a great stay!

Really enjoyed our stay, the caravan was perfect and super clean too!

The caravan was quite tidy and comfortable, which we appreciated. Unlike others we've stayed in, this one didn't have a hairdryer, which isnt a big deal but wouldve been handy. Still, overall, pretty good stay!

We stayed in a platinum caravan after being upgraded and honestly, it was a world apart from the gold one our friends had. The facilities and decor are much better, so wed definitely suggest choosing platinum if you want a more comfortable stay. It really makes a difference!

Absolutely loved it! The kids had such a blast all week long.

The holiday was pretty decent for the price, especially since it was the off-season, so it was very peaceful - just what we wanted. Theres plenty of shopping nearby too, which was handy. Overall, a good stay!

Even with social distancing, we didn't get to use the facilities as often as we'd hoped, but its clear the park tried their best to adapt. Our cabin was absolutely fantastic-spotlessly clean and so comfy, we loved staying in. The space was perfect for our family and we had everything we needed for a chilled-out break. Honestly, it was just what we needed for a little escape!

This was a lovely little getaway for us. The kids had a blast zipping around on their scooters and loved the lodge. We all had such a good time, it really was perfect!
