I was not happy as I went in to are canvan was not clear they was dust in air events neighbours but very loud till 2.30 in the morning as I no the cleaning was not done there was someone pink underwear on the shell in the bedroom mould in the shower wet plates and and dirt cups and dirt skirting board and cupboard next to the tv was not good i have got pictures on my phone i will send then to u not happy

When welcomed, there was not enough information spoken to us, it was a case of ask our names given the key and showed us where the caravan was on the map. There was no info on what was on site nor on entertainment or swimming pool times or pool location. bingo times, restaurant opening/ closing times. nor was there any info given about the surrounding areas of things to see do.The caravan was not the same caravan we saw and booked online. The caravan extractor fan in the bathroom and kitchen didn't work. We reported this the day we arrived, maintenance gentleman came, had a look and changed the fuse but it still didn't work he said, an electrician will come and fix it but no one ever came. The wardrobe door was broken in double bedroom it wouldn't close.There was no hairdryer or iron in the caravan or even dust pan and brush to clean up. Some areas needed dusting ie bedroom furniture full of dust. There was no parking at the caravan which made it difficult to unload the car and cart it to the caravan. it took a few trips. The club house was clean but understaffed in areas. club house outside was full of littler on the floor and over run with teenage gangs swearing and spitting on the floor around small children. the swimming pool was dirty full of hair . The bar manager seemed to be the only one who worked the bar accordingly many staff we just standing around talking and had no knowledge when questions were asked. nor did they approach u when stood at the bar or restaurant area to offer their assistantance. The bingo was impossible to play because of the noise level! made it very difficult to enjoy it or play. One of the staff members a gentleman who spoke on the microphone it was very hard to understand what he was saying it was very muffled and not clear. So we had no understanding what was being said or going on. The clubhouse ladies toilets didn't seem to have locks on most of the doors. The pool tables were not clearly signed to pay deposit for cues, we had already put money in the table and set up before we found out we had to pay £5 deposit for the cues and was provided no blue chalk and when we asked for it we were told it's probably been stolen. The location was fantastic!! and the buildings were modern and in date, but unfortunately the some staff seemed under trained the staff also didn't seem to pick up litter if they came outside they would just walk past it. The walk way through to the bar through the pool tables gave young children the opportunity to pick up the balls and move them when people were playing this caused a stir with paying customers when they have to pay for cues aswel as the game it is unfair that they're game is spoilt by unsupervised children walking through, the pool tables need to be moved out of a walk way or the walkway closed off to children. I'm sorry that this is alot of negative feed back but if these things were noticed and changed you would be getting a far better review.

Lovely caravan. Had everything we needed for the week. All very clean. Would book again. Looked quite new so was nice.

Dirty carpet and sofas

It was ok except for the floor all around the radiators and the bathroom the floor was dirty, there was a hair in the shower which was gross

The mattresses are very worn, therefore you can fill all the springs very thin Was very clean and tidy apart from the fridge which was reported straight away and took two days to be done

Carvana was small and unclean

Thank goodness we could drive to clacton

Good caravan

The caravan was dirty - examples below- Dust on radiators & shelves - Food found under bed side table in bedroom- Smelly furniture (like damp old socks)- Broken glass found in cupboard- Furniture looked tired and was very uncomfortable- Stall was stained and looked very dirty and smelly

Caravan was clean, had all you need. Close to shop and beach

Stayed in a gold plus caravan which was at best a budget caravan Eg: door handles hanging off , bathroom door couldn't shut, bedroom closet couldn't shut, bathroom shower rubber hanging off and moulding. Very small TV , no small table in lounge for drinks , Dirty through out. Cars and service vans speed through site , so not safe for children. When asked at reception if I had been put in wrong caravan they said Hoseason pictures are not correct or even close to what I received.

We enjoyed our break , there are lovely parks. and lots of sand and the pool, something for all ages.

Only thing that let it down was the cutlery was filthy on arrival But caravan was lovely and clean.

This wasnt a gold + More like a standard basic. Basic damage. Lacking care and very unwelcome

Honestly, I expected more. It felt like just a basic service, with little attention to detail.

Good enough for our week, just wish there were more plug sockets around.

The caravan was just what we needed and the spot opposite the field was lovely. The only real issue was the cleanliness - it needed a good scrub. I ended up buying bleach and air freshener to freshen up the bathroom and toilet myself, but once cleaned, it was fine!

We had such a lovely break! Baby's first holiday and ours too. Very relaxing and were already planning to come back soon. Highly recommend!

We found the bed really comfy, though being used to a king-size, this felt a bit snug. Loved the thoughtful touch of the small pack with sponge and washing up liquid, but it was a shame there was no loo roll. The sofa was super cosy and the TV had a great picture and sound quality. Only downside was hearing each other in the bathroom and the kids running around next door, but they seemed to be having a blast!

Overall, we had a pretty good stay. The caravan was spotless, which was a relief. There was a bit of mould in the shower, probably needing resealing because it won't come off easily. The shower was leaking slightly at the base of the head, but it didn't cause any real trouble for us. One nice touch was the mini pack for the sink - small things like that make a difference. Would stay again, for sure!

The weather was lovely, so we didn't spend much time inside the chalet. It could have been cleaner, which was a bit disappointing. The garden looked fantastic though!

We stayed at the park recently and honestly, it was a mixed bag. The site itself was okay, nothing special, but the caravan had a few quirks. The oven only had one shelf and you had to move it to use the grill, which was a bit of a hassle. There was only a small Pyrex dish available, so cooking options felt limited. One of the single beds in the first bedroom was so wobbly we couldnt really use it, which was disappointing. Hot water in the main bathroom didnt kick in until we ran the kitchen tap first - quite strange! Also, there was no path from the main road to the caravan door, so when it rained, it got quite muddy. WiFi was a pain to connect to at first, until reception gave us a new code. On the plus side, the club prices were reasonable and the staff were super helpful. The shop was waiting for a delivery, but we managed to get everything we needed for the first night. Overall, not perfect but okay for a short stay!

The caravan was set up for four people, but we booked for six and there was no bedding or duvet. Quite disappointing!

Really pleased with the upgrade; it made our stay so much better.

The caravan was tidy, but honestly, it lacked the basics to kick off our weekend. No tea bags, no washing up liquid or handwash and even a night lamp was missing. We couldn't carry all these small things and there was no bin bag to change. It was a bit disappointing really!
