We recently spent three nights at the Oak Tree lodge and honestly, we loved every second. From the moment we arrived until we had to leave, it was just fantastic. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated and felt super cosy. The bed was honestly the most comfortable we've ever slept in during a getaway. Everything we needed was there, no little details missed. Jess was lovely, making us feel really welcome, checking in with us and being available if we needed anything. Were already telling friends and family to check it out. Gutted we had to leave! Definitely coming back soon. Thanks for a brilliant stay!

We had such a lovely stay! The lodge was gorgeous, super clean and really cosy. It was quite different from our usual big lodges, but honestly, we preferred it - felt so welcoming and homely. Definitely a great find for us!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The bed was massive and super comfy, which was perfect after long days exploring. The bathroom felt luxurious and the kitchen was spotless with all the gadgets we needed. The terrace was a great spot to relax and the hot tub looked br and new and was spotless too. The view was stunning. Having parking right there made grabbing our gear easy. Just a heads up, if you're not steady on your feet, that incline walk down to the lodge can be tricky, but once you're inside, everything is on one level and easy to access. Wed definitely come back!

We had such a relaxing long weekend at Silver Birch! The peaceful vibe was perfect, especially by the Streamside spot, listening to birds and the gentle brook. Really helped us unwind and recharge. Loved it!

We had an amazing weekend here, it really ticked all the boxes for us. The place was just perfect and were already planning to come back. Our dogs couldnt get enough of the underfloor heating and the garden, they had such a blast! Lunas tail was a bit strained after all the wagging, but everyones happy. Great stay overall!

Honestly, we were really impressed! The lodge looked stunning and its clear a lot of thought went into it. The weather was perfect during our stay, but if it rained, theres no cover outside or heaters which could be a bit of a problem. The pillows were a bit too thick for us, would prefer a thinner option. Wed definitely come back though!

Where do I even start?! We had such a fantastic time here. The lodge is super well-equipped, honestly everything you could need is thought of and its finished to a really high standard. The hosts were lovely-so helpful and full of good tips, but they werent intrusive at all. They really went the extra mile with those little touches that made our stay st and out-definitely the best UK trip weve had in ages. Even with a second lodge nearby, it felt incredibly private; we hardly saw the other couple, just on arrival and departure. It genuinely felt like we were completely alone, which was perfect. Honestly, I cant quite put into words how special this place is-just go, you wont regret it. We had such a chilled and relaxing break!

Honestly, the photos dont really do Oak Tree Lodge justice - the view is breathtaking and the place itself is just fantastic. Weve stayed in quite a few hot tub lodges, but this one truly outshines the rest. Its spotless and well-equipped, with everything you could possibly need. The location is spot on too; theres a cosy pub just ten minutes walk down the hill, which is perfect for a relaxing evening. We also took a 50-minute walk into Newtown, though we did get a taxi back. If you get the chance to stay here, dont think twice. Oh and Sophie, who looks after the lodges, was lovely and kept in touch with us, which was a nice touch. Definitely a memorable stay!

Our recent week at the Silverbirch Lodge was honestly one of the best December getaways weve had in ages! From the moment we arrived, it felt like wed stepped into a proper cosy retreat. The owners have clearly put a lot of thought into every little detail, making it feel super homely yet luxurious. The digital guidebook Jess and Stuart sent beforeh and was a game changer - honestly, its the first time weve used one of these and it made planning so much easier. It covered everything from check-in info to local restaurant tips and useful contact numbers, which we kept going back to. Its a small touch but makes a big difference when youre trying to settle in.The lodge itself is beautifully decorated with a modern twist on a cabin vibe - stylish accessories that dont overpower the cosy feel. The kitchen was fully stocked with little extras like hot chocolate and marshmallows, plus ready-made picnic rucksacks and blankets prepared for a trip to the streamside BBQ area. We loved chilling out by the fire pit at night, especially with some mulled wine in a flask, listening to the stream right next to us - absolute peace and quiet, it was perfect! The views from the hot tub were stunning, overlooking the trees and fields where animals wandered freely. Honestly, the hot tub and the bed are probably the comfiest weve ever experienced in a holiday lodge.The cleanliness of the place was noticeable too - it was spotless and felt very safe, with hand sanitiser on arrival and NHS track & trace in place, which we appreciated. The little touches like the fire pit, the sound system for music while cooking and the thoughtful festive decorations on the way out made it all feel extra special. Were big fans of exploring and the surrounding area offers plenty of space to wander and take in the scenery. The streamside area is so peaceful and we even saw some wildlife from the hot tub!We were sad to leave and the owners festive spirit really made an impression - they were bringing in Christmas trees, wreaths and decorations right before we left. Such a lovely touch. Honestly, this has become one of our favourite places to stay and well definitely be back. Its rare to find somewhere that ticks all the boxes like this. If youre after a cosy break in a stunning setting, look no further!

Lovely lodge. High end fixtures and fittings. Owners very helpful and unobtrusive. Only pop round to check the hot tub once a day, but let you know the time beforehand. Would recommend for a peaceful break.

This was an incredible place to celebrate our fourth anniversary. The view from the bed and the hot tub are unforgettable! Highly recommend. Filled with small beautiful details inside the place as well.

Nant-Y-Coed lodges are amazing. The setting was wonderful and the lodge was great. It has everything you could need and was very clean. It was non contact with the owners but they were just a phone call or text away should you need anything. Would definitely recommend and would love to return some day.
