Excellent accommodation, upto date and very clean

Dog friendly caravan was perfect - small secure grassed area for dog to toilet large outside area and van was clean lovely dog welcome pack and walk on site Hot tob was fantastic park was beautiful quiet and clean Only criticism was the washing machine was broken Reported this immediately staff were not interested and got told there was a launderette down the road to use!!!! Reported again and was promised someone would fix it but nobody did - not a crisis but you would expect it to be attended too or acknowledged I would return as such a beautiful place to stay

Sofa had a big hole on the side , window and sore did. It close completely and no heating which was needed in a cold windy raining day

Getting to the caravan was a bit of a hassle in a wheelchair, especially when the grass was muddy and wet. The site could be more accessible. The caravan itself felt quite worn and tired in places, though the beds were really comfy. The disabled shower was spacious and easy to operate, which was great and the higher toilet seat with a lever was a good touch. However, the sink in the shower was a bit small, especially considering the rest of the space is quite generous but the sink doesnt match up. Still, it was decent overall.

Caravan slightly tricky to get too if you were a wheelchair user. Would have to take wheelchair over grassy area / quite muddy when wet to get to disabled ramp. Caravan quite worn / tired in places. Standard TV. Beds very comfortable. Disabled shower very large and shower easy to use. Higher toilet seat with lever to hold onto if you needed it. Sink in shower unit too small. Standard size for caravans but very small considering everything else was bigger and wider to accommodate someone with extra needs.

There were a couple of dead bugs underneath the the sheets which were only visible because i pulled the quilts of all 4 beds and there were bugs there i didnt sleep on the Beds at all

Really enjoyed our stay! The lodge was super clean, comfy and well-equipped. Two bedrooms with en-suites made it perfect for us.

The lodge we booked was amazing, spotlessly clean and comfortable, we had two bedrooms both with en-suites and dressing rooms

Overall, we had a decent break, but there were quite a few issues. No Wi-Fi was a real letdown, especially in this day and age. The pool closing at 4pm felt a bit odd and there was no entertainment in the evening, which was disappointing. Prices seem to be going up, but the standards arent quite matching-they need to reflect whats actually on offer. Also, the recycling bins werent clearly marked, so we got confused. Come on, its 2024-lets do better for the planet!

We loved the lodge! Its so welcoming and warm, with plenty of space. The outdoor area was perfect for our dog-secure decking and comfy seats. Definitely recommend it!

We had a really lovely stay at the lodge, with stunning views that made waking up quite special. Its a perfect spot for a long weekend, especially if you want to unwind after busy days out exploring. The only thing was, our lodge didnt have a gate on the balcony for the dog, which was a bit of a let-down, but overall, wed come back!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect for exploring-Perran Beach is just a short drive and Newquay isn't far. However, if you want to walk everywhere, it might not be ideal.

The lodge was stunning and br and new, honestly one of the nicest we've ever stayed in. The pet pack was a lovely surprise! Only thing missing was outside furniture, but with the weather, it wasnt an issue at all.
