Meadow House Holiday Park - Reviews

Caravan was what you would expect. Warm and cozy. A little tired maybe.

Double bed was very uncomfortable, sofas werent great either. The hot tub was warm however the jets were not working properly, the jets were weak and when we brought this up, nothing could be done. Our neighbours jets were alot more powerful!

The views are fantastic, location is stunning, but Amroth 2 desperately needs updating. A large hole in carpet by patio doors. A large stain on sofa. Mattress on double bed is awful. It's like sleeping on a bed of stones.! ! We were told 6 days before arrival the clubhouse was closed, the indoor pool closed, & spa closed.Very disappointing no BBQ either. We had a BBQ last year. As it happens the restaurant was open Friday, Saturday, & Sunday.

We definitely stay again but will not buy inflated prices when your having luxury has advertised.

Caravan was spotlessly clean.

What a lovely stay! The cottage was spotlessly kept and had everything we needed. Our dog loved the nearby walks and we enjoyed meeting the farm animals, especially Penelope the pig-so curious! The host was super friendly and quick to reply. Definitely a great spot for a peaceful break. We'll be back for sure, amazing value!

The lodge was spotless and had everything we needed, definitely recommend to others!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The place was spotless and peaceful. Hosts were super friendly and helpful. Perfect for couples and the hot tub was a highlight!

Great experience overall

We stayed at Charlies for our first night there and honestly, there was something for everyone. My picky daughter was fussing, but they really looked after her. The food looked great and tasted lovely. Highly recommend!

Overall, we had a lovely stay. The caravan was spotless and super comfy, with crisp white bedding that felt luxurious. The only thing that marred it a bit was the neighbours. They were a bit inconsiderate in the evenings, letting their dogs bark and wander around, which unsettled our dog. Still, wed go again!

We just got back from a week at Goddards Mead and honestly, it was lovely. The cottage had everything we could want, super well stocked. The hosts were really friendly and welcoming. Despite being on a farm, it felt so peaceful and relaxing. We loved it!

Great stay, though no coffee included so bring your own. Everything else was spot on, definitely a 10! We'll be back.

We loved this cosy cottage tucked away in a peaceful spot. Its perfect for unwinding and the hot tub was just the treat after a day of exploring. The place was spotless, with everything we needed. Loads of walks nearby. Definitely recommend it!

We had such a great weekend at this place! Everything we hoped for was there and we really enjoyed our stay. The pups were total fans of the underfloor heating and loved the garden. Luna was wagging her tail so much she strained it, but the vet said its just from all the excitement. Well be coming back for sure!

Great holiday, will come back!

Really worth trying out

We had a lovely stay at Meadow House! The place was spotlessly clean and really well equipped, making everything feel comfy and homely. The hot tub was a real treat - great quality and perfectly looked after. We popped into the restaurant for drinks and everyone was super friendly, even though we didnt eat there. The site itself is peaceful and well-maintained, which we appreciated. Only tiny thing - the path to the coastal walk could use a bit of a tidy-up, but honestly, wed definitely come back!

We had a really lovely stay at this place! The setting is so peaceful and private, perfect for a quiet getaway. The owners are genuinely friendly and always ready to help if needed, without intruding on your privacy. The hot tub was a great bonus after a long day out cycling. One thing to keep in mind is that the cottage is right under the flight path of Stansted, so there can be quite a bit of aircraft noise. It didnt bother us much once we got used to it, but just something to consider if noise bothers you. Overall, wed definitely recommend it!

We spent an awesome week in Wales and the location couldnt have been better - stunning beaches everywhere! The caravan was spotless and comfy, plus the welcome pack with dog treats was a sweet touch. The hot tub was definitely the star of the trip and its great value for money. Were already planning to return soon :)

We had a really lovely week away Wales, the holiday park was in a perfect location surrounded by gorgeous beaches! The caravan was clean and tidy, we had a welcome pack on arrival that had dog treats in too which was a lovely touch! The hot tub is the highlight of the stay! Really good value for money! Well definitely be back :))

We had a lovely stay at this cosy cottage tucked away on a working farm and honestly, it felt like a proper retreat. The owners, Robert and Sharon, were genuinely warm and friendly, making us feel right at home. The place itself is really spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen and a comfy bed that we didnt want to leave. The gardens secluded and dog-proof, perfect for relaxing outside. Plus, there are some great walks nearby and Thaxted has some cracking restaurants like The Star and The Maypole. Wed definitely recommend it!

Mattresses need and upgrade uncomfortable

We took a much-needed dog walking break and it was just perfect. The place was lovely, with great pubs and restaurants nearby. Plenty of fields and off-road paths for adventures. Honestly, the dog didnt want to leave either!

We really enjoyed our stay; the caravan was spotless and comfy, though the door handles were a bit tricky at times. Overall, a lovely week!

Meadow House Holiday Park is situated perfectly - the setting is incredibly beautiful, overlooking the coast, with simply breathtaking views, and there is so much to do and see within a short drive.Sadly the lodge we stayed in and the location itself didnt really live up to this setting. The lodge we stayed in (Amroth 2) is desperately in need of some tlc, and although deemed to be luxury it was far from this - torn carpets, poorly laid flooring and poorly equipped (no oven gloves etc) and the most uncomfortable mattresses. Whats most frustrating is that these are simple things that can be fixed to elevate the space and the experience to match the location that the park is in.Equally - and something worth pointing out to other potential occupants - there is no internet or wifi, and youll be relying on your own data. And although not a requirement for all, it feels like something that is a standard offering in most places and for some time, and a reasonable expectation. On a positive note the Hot Tub is good, as is the swimming pool. We didnt make use of the restaurant or bar.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The cottage is cosy and perfect for some peace and quiet, though the planes at night can be a bit noisy. Hot tub was a highlight!

The lodge could do with new carpet and the decking is in need of repair.

We just got back from a really nice week at Goddards Mead. The cottage had everything we needed and felt super cosy. The hosts were lovely and friendly, making us feel right at home. Despite being on a working farm, its a peaceful little escape!

We took our elderly relatives and everyone really enjoyed it. The hot tub was lovely, though a bit more privacy wouldve been great-maybe some privacy glass? Its a small thing, but it would make a difference.

Absolutely beautiful lodge, view, park ,area . Enjoyed every minute would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning.

Lovely location. Great walks down the coastal path to beaches either way.
Nice little swimming pool and immaculate accommodation.

Lovely park, we stayed in Amroth 2 which had lovely views of the sea. The lodge itself was pretty good although needed a few repairs ie lights and door fittings. Hot Tub private but could have done a bit hotter controls difficult to read. Charlie's Restaurant was very good & staff very friendly, overall a lovely break away.

A very clean well run holiday park. All staff were pleasant on our arrival. There was a lovely welcome pack left for us in our caravan, it is touches like that that made the start to our holiday more special.

Beautiful accommodation and park.
Perfect location...Will definitely return.
Only downfall was the extremely early check out....9am with 2 teenagers is not good.

Perfect holiday ive ever had...cabin felt like home...miss being there already. Will be back 100%

Our second year in a row at Celtic Holiday Parks in Pembrokeshire and can’t wait to go back sometime. Lovely peaceful locations and helpful polite staff. Thank you

Fantastic lodge in a stunning location and views over the Pembrokeshire coast. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning. Staff could not be any more helpful. Immaculate site. Couldn’t fault anything except maybe the pool and gym could have longer opening times x
