Lovely stay caravan was well comfy just need to look at menu add a bit more to it like sandwiches and cakes

This was not a Gold caravan D04. I have said before at best its a bronze of they had a lower raring it possibly would be that. The main bedroom was too small. The so called wardrobe was full of rubbish. The cleanliness was very poor. The site was very nice but this caravan did not do the site justice and I would recommend if you get offered D04 You are not getting a Gold Caravan. We picked a gold as usually there is lots of room and have found them in the past excellent value for money this one however was a massive let down

Bed was so uncomfortable, I had to use the duvets from the spare room as padding for the mattress!

Marketed as a Gold caravan i was expecting a few more extras such as a TV in the bedroom.I am aware that it was a pet friendly caravan but there was a significant smell in the van and stains all over the carpet and sofa.We paid a low price so didnt feel the need to complain however had we stayed in peak season and paid substantially more then we would have asked to be moved.

The area is beautiful, the best thing about it was feeding the deers.On arrival we werent given info on this but we asked about it the next day. If you didnt know to though, youd be missing out! The receptionist should tell you at check in. Its quite a walk from the caravan to the play area with little children depending on the location of your caravan. We found sweets on the sofa (millions) which made us question the cleanliness of the whole place. The photos on the booking site did not match the caravan we got (which the web does state) however, it looks very neat and pristine on the photos and ours was not. The beds were quite uncomfortable! Overall it is a lovely tranquil stay, not much around, seems good for dog walking and fishing.

The caravan was well equipped and comfortable. Wasnt 100% clean, for example crumbs on the kitchen side and we had to clean the bathroom floor. I washed up all the kitchen items before use as they didnt seem clean. We stayed in a 6 berth with just three adults and I feel anymore than that would have been cramped. It suited our purpose though.

Nice caravan, no veranda, but clean, ready on time and had a welcome pack of basic kitchen items.

Great caravan, exactly what we wanted, not a 5 due to the minor smells of drainage from the nearby underground tanks I think in deer view park. Will be booking again.

Very comfortable and well equipped caravan, just a few issues with cleaning but nothing major, enjoyed our stay and would choose again, well kept and peaceful site.

Lovely caravan, well kept in a stunning location. Only issue we found was that although the van was clean, the kitchen utensils and crockery were not very clean, cups had tea/coffee stains in and baking sheet had grease left on it. Nothing a quick clean didn't sort out but still a little disappointing to find.

Difference caravan than was booked imagine turning up and after booking a caravan with decking finding no decking and nothing to sit on outside if you book with Hoseasonss dont expect any help from reception so bad we left a day early

Lodge is not up to standard . Broken fixtures. Not clean , the smell in the lodge was awful . Settee very uncomfortable , very disappointed .

Not the caravan I was expecting. It wasn't the same as on the booking ref picture.

The park is very well kept and pretty but unfortunately the actual caravan was filthy. The fridge, microwave and oven were extremely dirty. All shelving and surfaces had not been cleaned. I spent at least an hour trying to make it feel a bit cleaner. The toilet brushes were disgusting. The ventilation vents were blocked with dust. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, not helped by the shiny waterproof finish. Not sure any of the floors had been cleaned or hoovered.This is our tenth Hoseason Holiday and was very much let down by the accommodation.

Accommodation was great looking from outside and high spec inside but sadly was dirty everywhere as had not been cleaned properly. Beds were very basic like camp beds and noisy.

Everything was great but I just never give full marks as with everything there could always be a little improvement

Lovely caravan, just a few niggles such as no individual lights in bedroom, nowhere to put bath towels in bathroom, plenty of cupboards in kitchen but only one drawer. No bedside tables next to beds in 2nd bedroom.

Wonderful place recommended to all. Clean and beautiful site. The thoughtful things like mowed pathways around the fishing lakes and deer park so you can walk round safe and enjoy is just perfect! Staff all so friendly and helpful. Lovelt break will definitely be returning!

We booked a caravan with a balcony! We didn't get the balcony! Very sparse. ment to be dog friendly. Close the gaps in the steps! A lot of dogs don't like open steps! 48hrs to get April going up with confidence!

Lovely place. Accommodation clean and tidy. Not enough cutlery though, need teaspoons and forks fortunately we had brought some of our own. Needed a shower mat so you didnt slip getting out the shower. But overall great. We went for the fishing which was excellent even though it was hot. Have booked to return September.

The picture I saw on the website which decided me to book this accommodation was not the accommodation I was given. The site is quiet and clean. Be aware you have to pay for WiFi bring your own toilet roll and towels. The mattresses were quite lumpy and the bed linen was stained with blood .

Lovely all the extras we need in the kitchen and the tv was fab with a good variety of channels. Lovely clean bedding

Wasn't that well cleaned but nothing worth complaining about.Caravan was very comfortable and the location was excellent for walking dogs.

Overall a lovely time we had.
