Poor from the start, put in the wrong caravan, eventually moved to correct van, this lost us a day of the holiday due to the messing about, the food was overpriced, the on site arcade was way overpriced compared to the arcades in Yarmouth itself. You couldnt order food in the show bar and only in the coast bar. Even though the app said food could be ordered, activities were too expensive for the length of time they were on for. Not at all pleased with the holiday.

Caravan was lovely we did have a few issues the door was hard to shut and lock, the central heating wouldnt turn on and the sofa wasnt comfortable at all. But i didnt ring anyone for assistance so this is my fault as im sure it could of been fixed ??.It would be nice to have a gate on the veranda due to us having a dog we had to use the table to block him for getting away and on one occasion he did get out thankfully he came back. The caravan was spaceous, clean and all in all just what we wanted. I would stay in hemsby again but if i have any issues ill ring for assistance eg the door and heating.

Caravan was the worst I have been in. Not enough free fasciitis for children and teenagers.

Complained well over 6 days a go and still no reply couldnt run a bath Caravan was horrid windows wouldnt shut laminating on doors coming off . Broken plastics around the matt not good when u have a baby .. shower leaking had enough

Very relaxing. Would have been better with location to shop and club as I am disabled and it was quite a walk. Mentioned this at time of booking and was told that it would be sorted. But still enjoyed the stay

We had a fantastic holiday at cherry tree, the park is in a great location. The caravan was lovely and clean the beds were very comfortable the coach area not so much ! The night entertainment was fantastic for our 7 year old daughter she loved it ! The bar staff could be a bit more friendly.. We only used the outdoor pool which was great and staff friendly. Overall we loved our holiday and had a fantastic time !

The caravan was old

The Redgrave caravan was not really up to the standard I expected. The furniture in living area was the biggest let down as had a lot of stains on it. The carpet wasn't very clean also. The bedrooms were very small and there was not much room to get around the beds. The only plus was the kitchen which was well equipped and clean. Very disappointed and won't go back there.

This was a great place to go before the kids go back to school. There is so much to do on-site and the surrounding area we visited Africa alive and the pleasure beach and a good time was had by all.

We go to this holiday park every year for the last 8 years. It's very good location

Terrible mattress, couldn't sleep on it. It would be really helpful if you could source toilet rolls with just a 1/3 of the normal amount of sheets so saving on your cost, and leave them for new guests when they arrive. The site shop was shut. On the subject of the shop, it really is very overpriced for no good reason. The guests are a captive audience, there is no need to fleece them, it creates a bad image.

As I previously said, there were items which were needed inbtge lodge which were there. Master bedroom mattress was the most uncomfortable ones have ever slept on, ended up with a very painful back.

We had a lovely weekend, the sofa bed was very uncomfortable and the sofa cushions were thin and uncomfortable when sat on for a period of time. Other than that the caravan was lovely and the site had good facilities

Lots of signs of wear and tear. Major issue with bathroom floor , all split and giving way. Water had entered where split and smelled. The date knew about the problem as people arrived to repair as we were packing up to leave. Not good for our stay and no-one notified us.

Very nice comfortable accommodation could do with a little update some furniture needs repairs

Dining table and seating not good could only seat 2 adults comfortably on on side and toddler at end of table could not move bench on other side to access table.

Not much room around the master bedroom to get in & out if bed, very claustrophobic & compact, would have gone for a 2 bedroom fir mire room if I had known how compact it would be.

Plenty of room.Very clean and tidyDouble bed mattress was very uncomfortable I think it needs replacing.

A good camp site ????

Thurlton is a lovely one bedroom caravan Seemed very spacious loads of storage in the walkin wardrobe. The only problem we had was no mattress cover which we have not experienced before it definately needs a cover. We would visit again and would take our own mattress protector . Had a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

We enjoyed our long weekend break very much, we will definitely be back.

Lovely holiday would recommend the thurlton caravan for 2 people it is so cute and well organised

We loved our caravan but had not hot water for several days hence the 9 score. The caravan was very clean and comfortable.
We asked for the outside door catch to be replaced as the door would slam shut if their was wind. This was replaced within the hour.
We would definitely recommend Cherry Tree and would love to visit again especially once social distancing has gone.

One of the best caravans that we have stopped in and would highly recommend it
