We had an amazing stay! We stayed in the elm lodge, the view is stunning! The interior of the lodge is aesthetically pleasing, very pretty! We walked our dog around the lake, theres shops nearby, couldnt criticise it if I tried, was an amazing stay and very dog friendly! Would definitely recommend x

Accommodation outstanding.. supplies, kitchen roll, milk, orange juice, tea, coffee everything you supplied was fantastic thank you.. clean tidy.. hot tub clean & surrounding deck.. beautiful area.. wonderful site.. would definitely recommend I have to my colleagues & will definitely rebook the same lodge. Staff were warm friendly chatty & helpful. 10 out of 10

The Birch was fantastic - very spacious for the 4 of us and dog. Very clean and felt brand new. Bedrooms were very spacious - great ensuite and main bathroom. Great heating and spacious kitchen. The TV had all the channels as well as Netflix and Disney+. Wifi was great. It was excellent. Will get one with a hot tub next time.

What a lovely mini break we had. Lovely site and the accommodation was beautiful would highly recommend.

Nice peacefull place. On the whole lodge was good and spacious. Hot tub great. Welcome basket, milk and juice was a nice touch. A little disappointed with cleanliness, the oven and baking tin were dirty and clear evidence of previous guests pizza. Rug and armchair stained.Overall would return for relaxation.

Fabulous having 3 on suite rooms.Very spacious kitchen/lounge area.Staff on site are very helpful and friendly.Any issues or questions are dealt quickly.Only thing it could do with is more cups, plates etc. only one of each so not enough to fill dishwasher once a day.Needs more utensils too.Literally only thing I could fault. Fabulous place

5 stars! Amazing lodge - absolutely picture perfect and so clean. Great hospitality with some essentials in the lodge (milk, butter, bread) which made us feel even more welcome. The hot tub and all amenities (heating, fire etc) were brilliant. The service was absolutely brilliant and the staff we spoke to were so friendly and helpful. Will definitely be returning. Elm lodge is amazing value for money.

Nice lodge everything you need for a comfortable stay , however hot tubs could really benefit from some steps to assist with getting in and out some of our family struggled and were put off trying to use it again .

I could not recommend this lodge highly enough. The facilities and amenities were spot on. It had everything we needed, including a Christmas tree. The extra touches were a lovely surprise.

Lovely weekend away booked again

Lodge Very Nice but Too Close together. Hot Tub on Front, Not Very Private. Hardly any Dog Poo Bins available, hence some previous dog owner left (large dog) deposits near our lodge. Fan Oven did Not Work! 12-14 minutes Oven Chips took 40 minutes to cook, on first night there. Rubbish Bins too far away. Workmen laying Concrete Slabs opposite us sawing/drilling. Car Parking for 2; NO. Will not be returning.

Only issue was a matt needed by the door for wet shoes

Sycamore Lodge was beautiful with all the facilities you require for a comfortable stay. Lovely decking area with table and chairs and a hot tub. Inside the Lodge was spacious for 4 people with 2 bedrooms, one with king size bed, en-suite and walk in wardrobe, the other with twin beds. Both rooms had its own TV.Kitchen had everything you required, utensils, pots and pans, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle ect. Highly recommend this lodge.

Very high quality accommodation

Beautiful lodge, very modern and spacious. Fab hot tub, although not very private as lodges quite close together. Tried paddle boarding on the lake. We all really enjoyed this and the staff were very helpful.

A comfortable lodge. Well laid out kitchen, comfortable beds and plenty of storage. The only downside was the ability to park without a bit of manoeuvring due to the narrow road, bushes and nearby parked vehicles.

So comfortable and spacious,we stayed in Scalet Oak Lodge. Everything you need , lovely welcome pack.Extra towels for hot tub.Would of been nice if notice on welcome note to say step for hot tub available. Cafe & bar on site was a let down, floors dirty and not just in main walking areas the corners and wall looked grubby. The pool table was in a very bad place to take a lot of shots you had to put cue above your shoulder, because it was to close to walls. Cafe food ok some meals very basic and no taste like the Spaghetti BologneseCesar salad was drowned in sauce. Chef not happy and rude to staff member who asked for replacement meal The leisure facilities for Lake looked very good and plenty to choose from.

Lovely LOCATION

The Lodge was beautiful.

White Oak was everything we expected, a lovely place to stay with the bonus of the hot tub.

We visited Scarlett Oaks mid-May, it was a fantastic little get away. Reception staff very welcoming, due to a new reception building the arrival instructions need tweaking but didnt cause us any problems. There was 6 of us in total and the kitchen/living space was plenty big enough without feeling on top of each other. Kitchen was well equipped with a lovely little arrival hamper. We enjoyed a breakfast in the cafe and we was fortunate enough to have amazing weather so the lake was in full use and looked so much fun (I was more than happy to spectate though) I wont hesitate to return!! Please dont take the below as a negative this is meant for constructive criticism and only my opinion; I feel you could do with a step up to the hot tub and unfortunately the blinds in the bedrooms arent ideal for a bedroom they let far too much light in - blackout roller blinds would be my preference.

The lodge was outstanding!! Unfortunately, on arrival we were both poorly and hadnt had felt like shopping on the way in. It was a welcome surprise to find a basket with bread, cereal, crisps and jam. Plus milk , butter and Juice in the fridge and ice cubs in the freezer. The lodge was extremely comfy and equip so well. I think all you really needs to take with you was your clothes. The only thing we didnt find was an airer. We use the washing machine but nothing to put the clothes on. We ended up using back of chairs and the bath. Unless we just missed it. The only other thing was the bath, couldnt get the plug to stay in, but that was a miner detail as the shower in the en-suite was lovely.The lodge was like home from home but with better views.

The lodges are very modern and come with all appliances and very spacious, plenty of towels & robes for the time we were there and it was clean but it could do with a lick of paint in some of the rooms and the furniture could do with replacing or a good clean, because they are pet friendly lodges we found ours still had a lot of dog hair which then stuck to our belongings and our babies toys etc and then there is no hoover or brush to clean it up with, personally there should be some that dont except pets or there should be a hoover in the lodge!
