Another fantastic stay in the Gwenver lodge. All facilities excellent as before. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay

Lighting outsidein car park would have stopped me falling and less steep steps for elderly/mobility.

Wow what an amazing find. The lodge was perfect and had everything we needed for our weeks stay. The Hottub was spotlessly clean and toasty hot.There are only 12 lodges so the site is very quiet, with far reaching stunning views.Caddys Corner is very dog friendly and has 2 fields where you can safely walk your dog off lead.The site is within easy reach of Falmouth and glorious beaches.All of out contact with Sam was spot on. Sam was incredible friendly (but not too much) and was a font of information about what we could do and where we could go, he knew all the good eateries.We are booking again for next year and would definitely recommend Caddys Corner Lodges.

Lovely place nice and quiet but there is a well equipped play park were you can see your children all the time there is a lake to walk round not far from the site. You can goall over Cornwall from the side we really enjoyed staying there would go back Sam was friendly Love the site

Lovely, peaceful holiday in the middle of farmland. Location was good as its near to the beaches but most things require a car to get there.

A lovely lodge with everything we needed for our stay. Small site with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.

Just perfect everything you need and very nice and comfy , would go again .

Great place lovely out of the way park. Overall very good. Nothing wrong and was clean but could just do with a bit of attention to detail in some areas. But I have seen worse, a lot worse. Do not let that put you off booking though. Its only minor details

All noted previously but an amazing weekend full of laughter relaxing walking eating lots of food and getting good nights sleep.

Great holiday. Caddys corner is well equipped and high end. Lots of room, lovely lounge area and kitchen with large breakfast bar and table. Beautiful bedroom with en-suite. Everything was as it looks on the website. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful clean lodge with all utensils you could think of. Well laid out and thought of in relation to their guests. Lovely little park and walk area too. Very peaceful and away from comossion, which I love and only a short journey to most tourist attractions. Would definitely return. Owners were very welcoming and were available quickly via mobile when and if needed.

Sofas need replacing

Just had a fortnight's stay in the Perran lodge near Redruth. Lovely peaceful rural location, with a selection of decent (well-priced) pubs within a short distance. The park is fairly small, there's a field and play equipment for young children and it all feels very safe. There's plenty of space to park.It's a 3km walk from here to Stithians Watersports centre where we spent much of our holiday windsurfing. The staff there are really friendly and helpful and the set up is very relaxed. The lodge itself was lovely - plenty of room for our family of 4 (3 adults, 1 late teen) - and there was just about everything there which we could think we might need. Bed was a little firm for me. Hot tub was lovely and just the thing after a chilly day at the reservoir. Plenty of equipment for cooking, plus a dishwasher and washing machine were appreciated. Suggestions for improvement? Well aside from a few degrees in the weather, my sons complained about the wifi which wasn't great (especially in the early evening when everyone is trying to use it). A dustpan and brush would have been appreciated, and the freezer needed to be defrosted. But really I'm nitpicking - I'd be back in a flash. Thank you.

Everything was great lodge was perfect for what we needed. Lovely bench outside to eat which was a nice touch. Hot tub was luxurious but not that powerful but we all loved it.

Nice lodge, our son loved playing at the on-site park and the views and location are lovely and peaceful. Just 1 negative, the blinds in both bathrooms were really dusty on arrival and the en-suite in the master had damp issues. We had the window open the whole time (even when out for the day) and the extractor fan switched on however there was a lot of damp. Photos were taken.

Absolutely perfect, all the amenities, free WiFi and a fantastic "hot" hot tub! The dogs loved it as walking areas within the Lodge site and more public footpath walks just up the road. The beds were really comfy, shower hot and powerful and the fridge had plenty of room for our essential "prosecco" provisions. Anything not good?....Nope, all perfect

Tresco was large with plenty of room, light and airy and very clean. We benefitted from an en-suite and a separate bathroom so one each! Everything you need is provided and the hot tub was great.

The lodge was beautiful and looked just like the pictures. There isn't much around the area likes shops etc, it's all driving distance but that's not a bad thing, the area is loverly and quite and they cleaned the hot tub out daily. Any questions I needed to ask I just rang them and they helped, would highly recommend and good value in price

We loved our stay at Caddy's Corner and the lodge was amazing. So big and perfect for large families. The bedrooms had plenty of space and the main living area was perfect.

Everything was great apart from a few things not working (only the clock on the wall, the light in fire and the microwave dish stopped going around) and on the last day the inside oven door glass slipped down but everything else was great

Clean, warm and cosy lodge with nice views over the fields. Hot tub was clean and ready when we arrived.

We had a fantastic time staying in this lodge. It was a great size and was spotless when we arrived. There were a few things that needed replacing like a couple of blinds and a small tear in the sofa but only small things that didn't impact our stay at all. Sam was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Would defiantly recommend staying here.

We stayed at Caddys corner over the New Year. Staff were friendly and were able to contact via text. The Lodge was large and well equipped with everything you need. Little ware and tear within the lodge but didn't hamper our stay. We had to put few items straight into the dishwasher to give them a better clean. Overall a really nice lodge with the lovely clean hot tub which we were in most nights! The area is really nice, peaceful with great views of the countryside. We Would recommend and would stay here again.
