Had a great time. Very relaxing. Having the use of the pool was an added bonus along with our hot tub & sauna it was perfect.

Was very clean and spacious. The only points that could use improvement would be bits that should be included such as hand soap, I thought it very strange that you would be expected to bring your own hand soap but there was shower gel provided. Also bin bags. There was only one bin bag so we had to use plastic carrier bags which were too small for the bin. Also kitchen spray would be good so you can wipe down as I had to use soapy water which is fine but these really arent things you think to bring away with you. The bed wasnt that comfy and the pillows were very hard but after a long soak in the hot tub youre so relaxed it doesnt matter all that much!

Excellent from start to finish

Lots of room, very well equipped. Comfortable bed and great power in the shower. Didnt use the bath but great size for children. Kitchen facilities brilliant and great touch having Netflix on the tv for a chilled night in after a day of hot tubbing!

A beautiful lodge and couldnt fault it. A perfect weekend away.

The lodge was very well equipped with everything you could need. It has lots of great facilities and we loved the log burner, hot tub and sauna. The only issue we had was that we found the bed quite uncomfortable and soft but I know this can be more of a personal preference. Have already booked to go back!

Just wanted to say how much we have enjoyed our stay. Due to delay in the delivery of my passport renewal. We almost didn't have a honeymoon but found and booked this place last minute to get away for a couple of nights. We have enjoyed all the facilities and I'm in complete awe by the dedication and work that has gone into the whole development. Everything is perfect and has been thought through even to the smallest detail! So glad we decided to stay in the UK and to have experienced this place. Will be booking another trip in October for a birthday and then all future anniversaries will be done here! Have been talking about this place non stop to family and friends since coming back!

Not what we were hoping for had to clean as soon as we arrived as there was so many flies and had to clean as not sure were they were landing

Driving into the resort you immediately feel relaxed due to scenic surrounds and the huddles of cabins, inside they are spacious and comfortable with ample outside dining furniture and hot tub, the pool is heated to a nice temperature and never gets to full due to the booking process, the games area is large, clean with ample games to play or tv to relax whilst the children play, a few miles from Knighton town for a pub and shops. If you just want to get away from it all, this is the place !!

The lodge was amazing as were the facilities onsite. Countryside around the area is perfect for walks. Only downside was the number of flies in and outside the lodge when the weather got warmer, probably because our lodge was meters from the barns of the working farm. Would still return and would recommend but would probably book a different lodge.

The lodge was spacious and warmed up quickly when needed. Hot tub didn't stay warm but staff came quickly to fix it.

The lodge its self was very clean and well equipped with all the facilities mentioned. Our lodge had a DVD player and in the games room there was a help yourself choice to around 200 DVDs to suit all tastes and age groups.

We stayed in Michigan and it was wonderful. The pictures on the site don't do it credit as the inside has been upgraded. It's like home from home.

I slept better there than at home and I have a lot of problems sleeping , so I guess that says it all , once again thank you

The lodge is beautiful, it had everything we needed plus more! Wonderful views from the lodge and the wood burner and hot tub were fantastic for a winter's stay. Lovely touches include a dog bed, treats and bowls! We will be back!

Had a lovely stay in Erie log cabin , everything so clean and tidy , lovely views , very relaxing , had everything we needed , hot tub was great , good temperature and very private , enjoy the log burner too all st ready to just lite, only issue was the lack of signal or wi-fi , good to get away from it all though

We have just returned from our 3 night stay at the couples VIP lodge and Im extremely sad to be home after spending the most amazing weekend at black hall lodges. The lodge was immaculate upon arrival, the lodge itself was so beautiful. We made full use of the hot tub and sauna and even just relaxing in the lodge itself. Due to the new online booking system to adhere to government guidelines we managed to have a slot in the swimming pool to ourselves which was perfect, and finished off with a few games of pool in the games room. The site itself is so lovely and spacious, our lodge was so private and the countryside was beautiful. For a couple who loves walking we enjoyed a walk through the nature trail and around the park, along with a short drive to the carding valley and long Mynd and enjoyed a walk up to the waterfalls. Myself and my partner thoroughly enjoy our trips to a nice lodge with a hot tub and I am proud to say this is definitely one of the best we have ever been to. It was perfect and exactly what was needed after such a long few months. I really cannot express enough how fantastic this place is, it is the perfect getaway to relax and I could not think of a bad word or any improvements needed at all. I cannot wait to return and thank you for providing such a beautiful place for us to get away.

Great lodge. We took the dog, three children 11 years to 17 years. Plenty of space and every convenience we could have expected at home. We did a mix of cooking and eating out (to help out). There were no problems with anything. The hot tub is superb and checked each day so not over done with chemicals. Also kept nice and warm

This is a family run holiday park. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The lodges are spotless and everything you need is provided. Weve been multiple times now and will continue to return. The extra cost of the hot tub makes it a bit pricey but great for a relaxing weekend.

A fabulous lodge set in wonderful surroundings. Particularly well thought out covid regulations ensuring we felt completely safe throughout our stay. The pool was open and we had it to ourselves (as did most guests as you had to book in). Also a really good games room with pool, darts, table football - again very clean. The lodge itself was really clean and comfortable and the hottub was great! Really recommend this place!
