Good accommodation for the price and suited 2 couples and 2 children well especially with the en suite extra bathroom.

Good price & value. Lodge was ok but had not been used for a while. Wi-Fi was unusable even after reported to reception and maintenance who said they would fix but never worked. Would have been handy as phone signal is patchy in that area.

Sadly some things need renewing. Fridge door suction poor so had to keep making sure it was closed. Also the single chair coaster missing which made chair uneven.

None if could fault the lodge or site and staff - given the challenging circumstances we are all in they did a fantastic job!

Maybe some bath towels in the caravan would be helpful. And just check the seats round the table a few screws were loose and fell out.

The accommodation was beautiful and absolutely spotless when we arrived. It was spacious and plenty big enough for the 6 adults in our party. The accommodation was modern and so clean. The location was perfect, with a wonderful view of the bay. I really couldnt fault it in any way at all. The staff were welcoming and helpful when we arrived. The walk to the bay took around 15-20 minutes, just be aware thats quite a steep hill to walk back up to the park! Overall, we all really enjoyed it and I honestly feel that the photos of the accommodation didnt do it justice, which isnt always the case with these places. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

No complaints. The park was so lovely, clean and tidy. Caravan was a nice, modern style and completely spotless.
Our kids loved the pirate ship park, and the swimming was a bonus, especially being lovely and warm!
A great place to come back too after a day at the beach or exploring. Would definitely come back!!!

Great caravan and very clean. Could do with more hooks to hang towels and coats. More could be made of outside space around caravan - bigger table etc

We had a lovely holiday, everything just went well, one to remember.

Great place. Clean and modern.

Our accommodation provided plenty of space for our family. We had most of the appliances and extras we needed, although some things had been withdrawn (I assume in light of Covid-19) we had a tea towel but no oven gloves, and no brush to sweep through which would have been helpful to keep the unit clean.

Wonderful holiday experience at Sandymouth. So well maintained and looked after. Small site but all you need. The kids loved it and so did we. Thank you for a fantastic holiday.

Great caravan - some essential items missing but quickly provided when asked for.

We notice that there seem to be fewer and fewer cupboards in caravans as years go by. With only two of us this doesn't matter so much, but for families ... Yes, we chose a small caravan, but even these used to have more storage space!

Overall, we had a lovely holiday, and will almost certainly return.

Great resort, great location. Wish we'd been able to access all facilities but due to Covid circumstances this was not possible. Would recommend both the resort and Darwin Escapes. Thanks for a lovely (and safe) holiday.

On arrival the resort was beautiful, the staff were amazing and friendly. The view was to die for !!! The food was brilliant, the pool and splash areas were clean.

Our only complaint was that the accommodation needEd a really deep clean.

On first glance the accommodation looked clean and very well maintained !! On closer inspection it had Clearly Only had a once over My baby is crawling and my daughter crawled around the floor with him and after a few minutes their knees and feet were absolutely black. We checked our socks and all adults feet and socks were also black. We had to change the childrens socks several times a day after walking around the kitchen/living room floor. They also went underneath the beds in the twin rooms playing hide and seek and came out very dirty and dusty which again shows that a deep clean had not been done.
Other than the cleaning issue the holiday was amazing and we really enjoyed it- the food was delicious and service was great and beds were very comfortable! We will definitely return here again !!

Only rated restaurant low, as it was pretty much closed the whole of our stay, which suprised us as the park was busy. Food was excellent when delivered though. Very reasonably priced.
