Beverley View - Reviews

Tables and chairs need a rethink, cant stack chairs so get in the way when not in use and table was broken

Really enjoyed our stay, the owners were lovely and the jacuzzi was a definite highlight.

We really appreciated how well everything was organised, from the cosy place to the lovely hosts. They were super friendly and helpful, making our stay so enjoyable. Can't wait to come back again soon!

We had such a lovely stay at this charming cottage! Honestly, we didnt need to bring much because its so well equipped - we even overloaded the car trying to fit everything in. The welcome pack was a thoughtful touch, with handy info and menus. The owners, Sharon and Rob, were super quick to respond whenever we had questions. Our dogs loved the enclosed garden and the hot tub was a real highlight. Thanks for a fantastic break, well definitely be coming back!

We loved this cottage! Perfectly situated away from the busy spots and the hot tub was a real treat. The owners were super friendly and unobtrusive. Brilliant stay!

We had such a lovely stay at this place, tucked away in a really peaceful, private spot. The owners were super friendly and always ready to help if we needed anything, but it still felt secluded. The hot tub was a real treat after a long day of cycling - so relaxing! One thing to keep in mind, the cottage is directly under Stansteds flight path, so theres quite a bit of aircraft noise. It took us a couple of hours to get used to it, but honestly, it didnt ruin our holiday at all. Definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The house was super well equipped and kept us really warm, which was perfect given the rainy December weather. The bath was so relaxing and the shower was great. The location is peaceful and honestly, the noise from the flight path didnt bother us at all. Perfect for dogs who hate fireworks too. Thanks a lot!

We had a lovely time at this caravan, the beds were super comfy and it was a good size for us. Beverley Bay is quite peaceful, though the walk up to the facilities is a bit steep, but it didnt bother us. We paid for extra wifi but couldnt get a connection, though we did get a refund which was nice. The air vent leaked every time it rained, flooding the kitchen, but we reported it a few times and nothing was sorted. Still, we enjoyed our stay overall!

The cottage was just lovely, tucked away in such a peaceful spot. We loved the hot tub - honestly, it was a real treat! The place was spotless and had everything we needed. Plenty of walks nearby, perfect for unwinding. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The peaceful countryside setting was perfect for relaxing. The courtyard was charming and the hot tub really made it special. Great for long walks too.

Luckily we took some extra bedding ????

We absolutely loved the cosy cottage, especially the log burner and hot tub. The hosts were lovely and it was so peaceful. Can't wait to come back!

The cottage was really charming and perfect for a peaceful escape. Just a heads up, planes fly overhead mostly at night since its close to Stanstead. The hot tub was a highlight!

We had such a lovely weekend here and really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely return later!

No hot water for the whole holiday, dishwasher didnt work as crockery more dirty when it came out. Oven took over an hour to grill bacon and couldnt cook aPizza

We had a lovely stay overall, but just a heads-up-the electric checks could be better. Our bathroom light was out, which was a bit annoying.

We had a fantastic stay! The house is really well kitted out and kept us cosy despite the gloomy weather. The bath was a real treat after a long day and the shower was great too. Being near a flight path didnt bother us at all, which was a relief. Perfect spot for dogs scared of fireworks, nestled in peaceful surroundings. Thanks a lot!

We really enjoyed our stay at Goddard Mead! The cottage had everything we needed and the walks right outside were perfect. The hosts were genuinely lovely and made us feel so welcome. Great experience!

We needed a quick getaway and found this place to be just right. Lovely cosy stay, great pubs nearby and endless countryside for walks. The dog loved it so much, didnt want to leave the fields!

The cottage was really charming, with a cosy log burner and hot tub that made our stay special. Hosts were lovely, very welcoming. Can't wait to come back!

From the moment we arrived, Rob and Sharon made us feel really welcome, which was lovely. They've put a lot of effort into preserving the charm of this historic building and it shows. Bonnie was adorable too! The locations perfect-plenty of lovely spots to explore in Essex, especially Thaxted and the surrounding villages. Its a peaceful place to stay and wed definitely recommend taking a stroll around the area to soak up the history and character. A really pleasant stay!

Really enjoyed the setting, especially strolling around with the dogs through all the open fields. Lovely day!

Such a lovely spot, really relaxing and the Jacuzzi was fantastic!

We had such a lovely stay at this cottage! The owners were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to help us out, making us feel really welcome. The place itself is adorable, with that charming half-timbered look and a really good shower that we appreciated after long walks. The bed was super comfy and the heating kept everything cosy. Parking right next to the cottage was a real bonus and the place was spotless. Perfect base for exploring Thaxted and the surrounding fields - wed definitely come back!

We just got back from a really nice four-night stay at this cottage. The owners are super friendly and helpful but not at all intrusive, which was perfect. Our dog loved the big fenced garden - plenty of space to run around. The place had everything we needed, including a great hot tub! We even used the BBQ one evening. Definitely planning to come back and already told friends about it. Thanks for a lovely break!

Really enjoyed our time here! The place was spotless, had everything we needed and the hot tub was fab.

Really enjoyed our stay, the place had everything needed.

The owners were super friendly and helpful, especially when the storm knocked out the power. The place was spotless, warm and well-equipped. Our dog loved the enclosed garden and we really enjoyed the hot tub!

We loved staying here! The peaceful countryside setting was perfect for relaxing and the hot tub really made it special. The courtyard was charming and country walks nearby were lovely too.

Stayed in Beverly Bay so marks are for the bay and not Beverly Park very quite lovely views and surrounding well kept park and caravan excellent (platinum) But swimming pool small out door bar large but only shows sport no food served not even light bites no pool tables or amusements could do with light entertainment in the evening I know the Beverley park has all this but this park needs an injection of life so you don't have to go to the other park if you don't won't to go out but overall a nice relaxing break

Our 1st stay will definitely be returning lovely site all the amenities but not too big of a site

We had a lovely holiday at Beverley Bay, the kids really enjoyed it which meant we did too. Thank you.

First time booking a caravan and having no knowledge of what I’m doing I ended up clicking the right choice. Beverley bay is by far one of the most friendliest and high recommended place to stay. This is now my 3rd time booking with Beverly bay and for sure I won’t be booking anywhere else.

We had a great time central to a lot of lovely places to visit, caravan was immaculate
