Caravan was basic but clean and basis met. Bedrooms and toilet/shower was snug although all of this as expected. New for 2025 so was clean and well furnished.Only gripe would be had to make own bedding as sheets and covers left in a tidy pile on the beds, but it did state this on the description.

We found the caravan to be pretty spacious, which was nice. The bed was comfortable and everything like the dishwasher, oven and fridge worked perfectly. The shower was a decent size too. We did have some trouble with the WiFi and a couple of lights that didnt work, plus a leak in the toilet, but overall, good value for what we paid!

The caravan was really clean and had all the essentials, plus some lovely views! The only downside was after a long six and a half hour drive, making the beds was a bit of a chore. Still, we enjoyed it!

We really enjoyed our stay at the caravan. The lounge was spacious with a big sofa that comfortably sat all six of us, which was perfect. We did have to shuffle around the table since there were only four stools, but honestly, it wasnt a big deal. The shower was a highlight - really hot and refreshing and the kids didnt want to get out! The rooms offered plenty of storage, so unpacking was easy, especially since the twin rooms are a bit cosy. The double rooms en-suite was a lovely surprise and super handy. The kitchen had everything we needed - dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, hob and grill. The fridge freezer was big, though its a shame there were no ice trays. We missed outdoor seating, but using camping chairs worked fine for us. Parking was always nearby and the EV charger was a bonus. All in all, a great place to stay!

We had a lovely time staying in the caravan. It was spotless and there were plenty of kitchen utensils which made cooking easy. The welcome drinks and biscuits were a nice touch. Thanks so much for having us!

Caravan was well appointed with a large sofa enough for all 6 of us. We had to move the table to sit everyone as only 4 stools but wasnt a problem. Shower was lovely and hot, struggled to get the kids out of it. Rooms had loads of storage which was handy as it the twin rooms were small. The double room had an en-suite toilet which was very handy and a nice surprise. Kitchen had everything youd need: dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, hob and grill. Large fridge freezer although no ice trays. There is no outdoor seating provided which would have been great but we used camping chairs so not an issue for us. Parking was always available close by and we used the EV charger whilst there which was handy.

We were relieved only six of us, as the double bedroom was quite cramped.

3 days of hell - Early June 2024Where do I start?! :/This place is not a holiday haven in the slightest! It made my family so unwell for 3/4 weeks after. I doubt a crime scene investigator would stay here once the place was swabbed and analysed for bacteria, mould and toxins.Number 22 and Im sure many others on site ought to be gutted and refurbished. After a spend of £50+ at the B&M in Bude for much needed cleaning products, plug ins and carpet cleaner and 3 hours of intense cleaning this stay was made tolerable. Plastic mattresses and plastic curtains tied back with Velcro. Window netting that I doubt has ever been replaced or washed since the site opened. The late 80s/early 90s seating is putrid. The fridge and freezer are on their last legs and furniture is damaged and all kitchen items provided were filthy. Every item in the kitchen needed washing again. This place smelt like several smelly people have been using it as their toilet. I do not advise walking bare foot on the sticky carpets and floors throughout. The carpet smells of dried urine (canine or human, hard to tell) The lingering stench is so pungent it burns the inside of your nasal passage and brain for that matter! Expect chronic headaches, ear, nose and throat issues and sickness. Not a great place for dogs whatsoever and very noisy. The reason kids may love it is that they know no better! Definitely shouldnt have paid as much as we did for such revolting accommodation. Health and safety hazards throughout the whole park. How on earth this place passed assessments to be open is beyond me and I will be forwarding this review on.Sack the sight manager and retrain the cleaning staff (if there is any) This place has so much promise. Some serious money needs investing here to bring it all back to an acceptable standard for families to enjoy. If hoping to venture on foot to the beach or surroundings expect a solid 20 minute steep uphill walk as this site is located in a huge dip. Zero phone signal and forced for pay for wifi. Lots of expected addition costs, wifi, towels etcBetter of using that extra money and heading further towards Bude for something a little more acceptable.

The caravan wasnt brand new, which was a bit surprising, but the storage options were pretty decent. The double bed was a bit uncomfortable, though. Overall, it served our needs alright, no major complaints.

The Caravan was not new, and our double bed was not very comfortable. There were sufficient cupboards for us to store our clothes in, and the cupboards in the shower room were adequate.

We recently spent four nights in a lovely gold caravan and honestly, it was quite a stay! The caravan itself was really spacious and the kitchen was well equipped, which made cooking a breeze. We loved how well spaced out the vans are - it doesnt feel crowded at all. Our lounge had a huge window that looked out onto the hills, which was a lovely touch. Parking was conveniently located nearby, although you cant park right next to the caravans; instead, theres plenty of space along the parks winding roads, which was never an issue. The staff were super friendly and helpful - always happy to answer questions or offer recommendations. We took advantage of the swimming pool every day, though we did notice a brown grime ring around the tiles that definitely needs a proper clean. The water was a bit misty, which was strange, but the pool was still enjoyable. The life guard was really welcoming and even suggested a great fish and chip shop in Bude called The Mermaid - the chips there were absolutely delicious! One thing to bear in mind is that you need to book a swim slot the day before to avoid overcrowding, which worked well for us. The only downside was that theres no Wi-Fi or mobile signal in the caravans, only in the clubhouse. That was a bit frustrating, especially for our teenage son who likes to research plans and check the weather - we had to make do without internet in the evenings. We do see the point of unplugging, but its not really feasible for us long-term. The park itself is pretty, but its quite a drive to the coast if you want to walk - most of the roads nearby have no pavements, so youd need to drive. Theres an onsite shop too, but its a bit pricey. Luckily, Bude has a Morrisons, Sainsburysand Lidl, so getting groceries isnt a problem. Overall, we had a nice stay, just a few niggles here and there!

We really enjoyed our stay! The facilities were solid and the unit was spotless. Only gripe is the mattresses-they're pretty old and start to feel uncomfortable after a couple of nights. Still, overall, a good experience.
