Lovely greeting at reception, very welcoming. Fantastically clean site, beautiful caravan. This is a quiet site, with static caravans and touring. We stayed in a caravan with a hot tub, I cannot fault anything. Highly recommended.

What a great holiday! We've just returned from 4 nights at St Agnes. The van (Perranporth 2) was excellent, plenty of room, beds were full size, very clean and modern. Out of hours help was excellent when needed (power failure!). Site was maintained very well, neat and tidy. Very quiet when we stayed which was ideal. Only negative was poor wifi. The holiday park is in a good location, just off the A30, perfectly suited for a cycling holiday. All in all, a really good break. We'd definitely return.

Arrived at the holiday park with 2 cars , we were told our lodge only had room for 1 car, so we had to pay a substantial amount to park our car outside reception. We paid this but thought that it was very expensive just to park your second car. However as the day went on we noticed their were spaces right outside opposite our lodge, although these were for camper vans to hook up, so we thought that's why we can't park there. We then noticed a motor home that hooked up opposite the camper vans spaces then saw them park their car in the camper vans space. I'm sure they didn't pay for this privilege as I'm sure we could of parked there. Anyway just thought it was a little unfair and pricey. ????????We stepped into our lodge only to start clearing up around 10 flies that were dead on the carpet, something I wouldn't expect when you step inside your clean lodge!! The lodge had everything you could need to cook etc. The bedrooms were OK, twins on the small side and only 1 shower for 6 persons lodge! Heating is capped at 21c, it was freezing when we arrived temp was 11.5c. The hot tub was lovely and at a great temperature and we could use straight away. The lodge had towels on the table in the living room for the hot tub. But sadly we didnt use them as every single towel had stains on them. Overall I would recommend to stay here but only use 1 car between you and as we stayed in March and their were alot of flies I couldn't imagine what it would be like in the summer and bring your own towels for use of the hot tub.

Our Disappointing Holiday Experience at St Agnes We arrived at St Agnes on a Saturday afternoon, eager to unwind and enjoy a relaxing getaway. However, our expectations were shattered from the moment we stepped into our caravan. The accommodation was cold, the hot tub was lukewarm, and the site's response to our concerns was far from satisfactory.Upon entering the caravan, we were greeted by a frigid atmosphere. The thermostat was stuck at 21 degrees, and our attempts to adjust it proved futile. We contacted reception for assistance, but their assurance that everything was fine with the heating proved false. Even after waiting for half an hour, the heating remained stubbornly unresponsive. Our hopes for a relaxing evening were further dashed when we discovered that the hot tub was far from hot. Despite being told that it was ready to use, the water was lukewarm at best and failed to heat up even after waiting for an additional 30 minutes.Frustrated by the lack of basic amenities, we were offered an alternative accommodation. However, this replacement proved to be another disappointment. Instead of the three-bedroom unit we had booked, we were provided with a two-bedroom caravan, and the dishwasher that had been advertised was conspicuously absent. As we settled into our new accommodation, we discovered further disheartening details. The damp and wet clothes in the wardrobe indicated a leak, and the shower in the bathroom also leaked profusely. To add to our dismay, the oven's top cover was broken, a fact that had been conveniently omitted from the site's description. Our disappointment was compounded by Hoseasons' failure to respond promptly to our complaint. Despite being promised a callback, we received no communication from the company. This experience has left us deeply dissatisfied with our holiday at St Agnes. The substandard accommodations, coupled with the site's lacklustre response to our concerns, have tainted our perception of the park and Hoseasons as a whole. We kindly requested a partial refund or compensation for not receiving the amenities we had paid for and it's been almost two weeks with no response from Hoseasons. We hope Hoseasons will take feedback seriously going forward and take steps to rectify the situation to prevent similar occurrences in the future.

Lovely stay in Chapel Porth 2. Lodge was beautiful, spacious and had everything we needed including a helpful welcome pack with soaps, sponges, towels etc. The hot tub was an added bonus for us. It was great to relax and unwind after a long day exploring Cornwall. This was also checked on by staff every day to ensure it was safe to use and chemical balance was right. Staff were available if needed throughout the day and a warden was on site 24 hours. The lodge was immaculate and homely. We will definitely be booking again, in the near future.

So where to start if you like to hear and feel your neighbours and have a good old curtain twitch this is the place be. The chalets are spotless but lack the finishing sound proofing youd hope to have with them so tightly knitted in this well kept location. The lack of space meant muddy feet before and after the hot tub thou once your in it was amazing. Advertised as dog friendly but just be aware its very open to the main road cut through that sits behind the site. But they do have an enclosed dog area which is nice and the pooches loved it.Unfortunately we wouldnt go again due to the noise levels of the road and general usage of the park. But my main gripe is the hospital style matteress and pillow covers resulting in a hot sweaty sleep for all the wrong reasons.

Caravan was spotless and very well equipped. Only areas of improvement would be some non slip flooring outside for accessing hot tub as got very slippery, also better fitting sheets on the beds as they came off very easily whilst sleeping. Free WiFi could be better as wasnt really reliable.

Nothing exciting to report, this was a basic caravan - clean and tidy but that was it and very small. Bathroom door kept sticking, small tv and no washing machine (we had in our last lodge). Only 2 dishwasher tablets provided for a 7 night stay. Mattress on double bed needed replacing, couldnt turn over without sending my partner flying so disturbed sleep. No space for dog bowls or bed, they had to be on lead as van right next to main road - dog exercise area very small and dog shower freezing cold which our pampered pooch did not enjoy

Caravan was very clean and had enough space for 2 adults 2 children (10yrs and 12yrs) and our sprocker. Kitchen was equipped with the basics, only thing we could of done with which we didn't have was a clothes airer, wifi in the caravan which was a bonus for the children.

Lovely peaceful break. Caravan was exactly what we were expecting, and as described on the booking. Hot tub was perfect! Location great for getting around Cornwall. It was a very quiet site, so perfect if you are happy to relax in your caravan in the evenings, or drive somewhere. Although we did get a taxi into Perranporth one day for a few drinks and taxi cost was reasonable. Staff were all really friendly and happy to help. They seem to genuinely love animals too! The extra touches for our dog were lovely. Only minor suggestion would be to have the hot tub under cover. We were really lucky most of the week as the weather was good so didnt impact us, but if it rains you cant really use it. Not good if youre unlucky with the weather and have booked to have a hot tub. I would certainly book to go back.

Perfect place for family with two teenagers and a dog. We stayed 7 nights in the Fistral dog friendly, Modern caravan with hot tub. The site is very dog friendly with a nice welcome pack for us and our dog. Our two teenagers loved the gym and my husband loved using the sauna. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. The site is close to the A30 so easy to get to anywhere. The A30 is being upgraded but using google maps we managed to avoid the works. Highly recommend this site and will definitely be booking for next year

Outstanding! Lovely quiet park. The people who run it/own it are very friendly and there to help in anyway they can.The grounds are immaculately kept as are the caravans. The hot tub was an added bonus and we used it everyday. Even the wifi was good which is rare at holiday destinations .St Ives 25 mins drive one way and Newquay 25 mins the other way and many other beaches and seaside towns in between and a shorter drive time.Welcome packs for our dogs on arrival were a nice touch.Highly recommend ????

Absolutely stunning park and vans honestly couldnt fault them! We had hot tub too which was a lovely. There was a lovely man who come round the park on a Thursday and Tuesday with coffee and cakes! And when I tell you you have never tasted cakes as good as his ???? he even done doggy cakes and my pup went mad for them! All the staff there are so helpful and friendly! Load of things to do round the area and perfect for if you have a pooch too! Only down full I looked at returning next year and price triples from what it was this year ???? Nevertheless thank you to everyone and st Agnes holiday park for such a wonderful 7days :)
