Excellent all round

Was the perfect spot for a family get together. This is my second time of visiting and this time we rented all 3 cabins for a family celebration. Everything was perfect and the grounds are immaculate. Such great value for money (which is vary rare these days). I slept on the sofa bed (being the youngest of the group) and even this was lovely and comfortable. We will be back for sure x

Our family of four had a wonderful time at the lodge! We were impressed with the layout and especially the light and roomy atmosphere. A very well appointed loge with all the facilities and all in great condition. The main highlight was the hot tub! Its under cover and has a great view of country side. Sitting outside in the morning with a coffee or in the evening with glass of wine the atmosphere was so relaxing. Highly recommended!!!

Everything was as described, the site really is a good base to explore the area, Amy was brilliant as our host and always looking to help guests enjoy their break.

We had such a lovely stay and definitely plan to come back. The lodge had everything we needed and the hot tub was checked daily, which was a nice touch. The area is perfect for walks - our dog was completely worn out! We left feeling really relaxed. Its a small place with just three lodges, so its really peaceful and private, unlike busier spots. The hosts were friendly and helpful but stayed out of the way. Honestly, it was just about perfect.

Thoroughly enjoyed our break and will return, just what we needed, the lodge had everything you could ask for and the hot tub was checked daily.Great place for walks, our dog came back very tired ???? We came back very relaxed.Its a great place with only 3 lodges so not commercialised like other destinations this made it very peaceful and private if you prefer less hustle and bustle.Great hosts who would help if you needed them but otherwise invisible.Perfect in every way.

Were definitely planning to come back soon! The lodge was cosy and well-equipped and the grounds were lovely to walk around. The hot tub was a real highlight after a busy day. The orchard was such a nice touch-being able to pick apples for a pie made the birthday extra special. Would recommend Oak Farm Lodges for sure.

We had a lovely stay at this place and the location is spot on. Its pretty comfortable, but a few tweaks could make it perfect. Blackout blinds in the bedrooms would be a game-changer for napping little ones. Also, itd be great if you could reserve more than one highchair - we only managed to book one. The 9am checkout felt a bit early, but the host was really kind and let us stay a little longer when it wasnt fully booked. Overall, a solid choice!

Really nice accommodation in great location. A few little bits would make it really amazing, particularly in need of blackout blinds in the bedrooms to help with sleeping babies. It would also be good if you could book multiple highchairs (only had the option to book 1) and a later checkout, 9am is strangely early (although, luckily for us as it wasn't booked out the next night the host kindly let us stay a few more hours for free!)Overall, really good place to stay.

We had a lovely second stay here and honestly, it didnt let us down. Amy and Mark were so welcoming and really helpful throughout our visit. The lodge was just as lovely as before, though adding some pictures on the walls might make it feel even cosier - it was a bit echoey. The setting is stunning, especially sitting on the deck watching the fields and listening to the birds. Well definitely be back soon!

We honestly loved the place! The views were stunning and it was super private, perfect for relaxing. Plenty of space inside and out, so you can just unwind or explore as you wish. Great spot!

We loved the cosy lodge and the peaceful setting. The owners were so welcoming and spotting all the birds and hares made it extra special for us.

Weve stayed at Kingfisher Lodge twice now and honestly, we enjoyed it just as much the second time around. The place is lovely and really comfortable. The only thing that bugged us a bit was the 9am check-out; felt a bit too early, especially on a holiday. If we could suggest anything, itd be to swap the twin beds for a double, especially if two couples are sharing. Oh and a dishwasher instead of a washing machine would be a nice upgrade too. Still, wed definitely return!

We came back for a second stay and honestly, it didnt let us down. The hot tubs temperature was a bit cooler than wed like, but we get its for safety reasons and set by the manufacturers. It wasnt as hot as the first lodge, but it didnt spoil our plans. Already booked for September 2024!

We spent a fantastic week in mid-November. The place was spotless and well-maintained and the kitchen had everything we needed. The Jacuzzi was definitely the highlight!

We had a lovely stay in such a peaceful spot, perfect for relaxing. The location's great, close to Bressingham Steam Museum and Banham Zoo. Just a small thing-kitchen knives and the frying pan could do with replacing. Otherwise, everything was spot on!

Perfect family holiday location. We are a family of five; children 10, 9 and 5. Lodge is amazing and the setting is beautiful. We loved the countryside walks, visiting the horses or simply relaxing in the hot tub. Hosts couldn't have done more. We will definitely return.

Beautiful cottage in fabulous surroundings, with the gorgeous town of Diss a few mins away. Perfect family holiday . Cottage clean and well equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine. Theres even a washing line too outside the cottage,
We took our daughter and 3 year old grandson and had the very best time.

Great for the little one to run around, and all fenced off so no escaping possible! We saw birds, and bunnies and a little deer, very exciting for little ones. Fabulous hot tub, which was checked every day by owner.

We had a cracking weekend at skylark lodge. It was great value for money Lovely and clean . The views where beautiful,Amy was really helpful and friendly too , we will definitely be back ?

We would like to say we were a bit let down by the cleaning of the lodge when we arrived the cooker and kitchen cupboards and drawers hadn’t been clean.

Great place to stay.

Spent Easter weekend here with my hubby, son and pooch. We loved it, the surroundings are beautiful and so peaceful. Just a minor thing, hot tub was fantastic but didn't seem to be as hot as we would have liked. Didn't ruin our break and we will be returning

We had a wonderful 4 night break - the lodge was even better than expected. Clean, well equipped and spacious. The owner is so lovely too - the hot tub was an excellent temp, not too hot. So much to do near by and the cabin was totally fenced so safe for our kids (and dog but we decided not to bring him with us in the end.)

We will definitely return again.

Located on a beautiful farm, with lovely views. The lodge itself was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Such a bonus having a hot tub. Felt very relaxed, even with three little girls with us! We had a minor problem which was fixed really quickly. It was our first booking at oak farm lodges, but we’d definitely come again.

Really lovely place very quiet and picturesque. The lodge was lovely really good size and well equipped, one of the sofas could do with renewing as very uncomfortable to sit on.
Veranda was great but could do with wire or netting around the bottom to keep very small dogs from getting through the railings. Overall a lovely place and good value for money.

What a gem of a place. We had the most blissful stay.
Will certainly be back.
