The place is really well looked after and the location is quite peaceful. Staff were friendly and helpful, but the WiFi was frustratingly slow and patchy at times. Still, we enjoyed our stay!

We stayed in this mobile home recently and honestly, it was fantastic. The lounge furniture was super comfy and having a full-sized fridge freezer, oven and dishwasher made everything so easy. The king-size bed was really cosy too. It was spotless and totally worth the price!

We found the caravan really comfy and well-equipped, which was great. Woodbury Castle was close by and Woodbury Common was perfect for our little dog. We also enjoyed trips to Topsham, Exeter, Exmouth and that show at Crealy. Nice little break!

We stayed here recently and honestly, the rooms were fantastic - really comfortable and well-kept. The place felt a bit stiff, like staff were a bit tense, maybe due to the prices. We missed having breakfast options on-site, but there are plenty of places nearby. Overall, a decent stay!

We recently stayed in this caravan and honestly, its pretty comfortable and spacious. There are some nice touches that you dont see every day, like the cooker hood and the smoke alarm being placed thoughtfully away from the cooking area. The beds are at just the right height, so no need for extra air beds and we all slept really well each night. The double glazing and central heating made it easy to keep the place cosy without fuss. That said, the separate settees werent ideal - they were a bit too short to lie on comfortably. We did have a bit of a let-down when we found the main WC was in a right state and not cleaned and one bedroom had a bit of a smell too. Still, overall, not bad!

Even though we visited towards the end of the season, we still had a great experience and brought our puppy along.

Date of stay: 2nd April 2018
We decided to go for a last-minute Easter escape and ended up arriving way later than planned, even past the check-in time. Despite the late hour, a lovely lady on her night off came out to help us with the booking, while the duty manager was busy with someone else. She even reopened the shop so we could grab some essentials wed forgotten. The caravan itself was spotless and spacious, with a really comfy living area and a well-stocked kitchen. The site was also great, with a nice bar and reasonably priced pub-style food. Overall, a cracking little break!

The caravan was really spacious and super clean, definitely somewhere we'd consider returning to. Modern and comfy. The only thing was, if there were six of us, there wouldnt be enough dishes for cooking. Otherwise, its a cracking place!

Really impressed with how spotless everything was, which is a huge plus for me with OCD. The starter pack had all I needed-perfect little spot!
Oliver, Brixham
Date of stay: 24th March 2017
We stayed in the Crane 2 recently and honestly, its showing its age a bit but still has some real highlights. The space inside is surprisingly generous-definitely one of the best for room weve been in. The main bedroom was particularly impressive, with an en-suite toilet, which is rare in a caravan like this. The lounge was roomy enough for six people around the table, with only one person needing a stool. The TV was about 22 inches, but it felt just right, especially with the DVD player and USB port for streaming movies or music. All in all, a decent caravan with some nice features!
