Located right on the edge of the beach slipway with access to our facilities, you can be the first on the beach every morning and the first home after an evening of entertainment at Waves Bar. Constructed in the early 1800&rsquo;s Ladram Cottage has pride of place at Ladram Bay, providing a unique and refreshing holiday experience. No Pets.
