An outdoor warm water supply and a pet-friendly utility area are provided, complete with a doggie shower, hairdryer, towels, and space for your pet’s bed and feeding bowls. Stable doors separate the utility area with washing machine from the decking and the interior, ensuring your pet remains safe and secure. The stylish and comfortable living space includes a high-end kitchen with an island, coffee machine and a wine cooler. The formal dining table, large flat-screen TV with Bluetooth connectivity, Chromecast for streaming, and leather sofas create a perfect setting to unwind. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, a TV, and a luxurious ensuite shower room. The twin bedroom also includes a TV. The luxurious family bathroom features a freestanding bath and a separate shower. Two dogs allowed.
