Really lovely. The hot tub needed a roof or pergola , some sort of cover, so that if its raining you can still enjoy it. A frying pan would be good too. A soap holder for the soap in the shower. Grounds were lovely.!

Very modern everything you need. Staff couldnt have been more helpful we will be back.

Wonderful place, everything you could want for a getaway with your dog

Cottage was a bit small and a couple of things were a bit broken and requiring maintenance and the bathroom wasnt very private as it doesnt have a ceiling to separate it from the bedroom. Also there werent any pots or pans in the kitchen for cooking which was a little odd considering the kitchen was equipped with everything else we needed to cook and eat with. Bed and sofa was comfortable though and lighting and heating was good for a winter holiday.

Stayed over a NYE weekend and it was good value with good facilities, tho couldnt find an ironing board or iron - not that it mattered to us and Im sure if we asked we would have been provided with one. The location is a 10 min drive out of Looe itself but the friendly staff (Becky and Jayne) organised taxis for us even at short notice on NYE. We all had a lovely comfy weekend and made good use of the hot tub too. Definately recommend and in summer some nice walks too.

Second time of staying at this lovely cottage and will be back next year!

The cottage was absolutely fantastic, facilities were clean and brilliant. The staff and owner Jane were tremendous! Nothing was too much trouble and they looked after us all. Highly recommend this to everyone and wed love to go again soon. With more cottages around its perfect to be there with a wider group of friends. Looe is a great town and has everything padstow has to offer without the price tag and chaos. Loved our time here.

The cottage was well equipped, clean and cosy and set in a beautiful location. The grounds are stunning and the perfect place to take a short dog walk or enjoy a drink at the outside bar. The pool was a little bit chilly due to the weather but an added bonus. Looe was a longer walk through the ancient woodland and well worth the hills! There is lots to do in the local area including Polperro and a river trip to Fowey or Looe island. We had a fab holiday and would recommend to family and friends.

Always a lovely stay at Kilminorth a little slice of heaven

Where do I begin. The cottages are incredible and has a real feel of relaxation and home. The grounds itself are amazing, plenty of walking space with the dogs, kids or just by yourself. The staff are so friendly and absolutely loved our dog and even catered to his needs, it was lovely to receive a knock on the door with a member of staff stood holding a dog bundle containing a feeding bowl, towel, poo bags, dog soap, treats and a collar tag with the cottages information on it. The grounds are only a short drive into Looe Town, and when I say short I mean a 7 minute drive. Martins bakery is an absolute must if you're visiting. As well as the whole area is general.We will definitely be returning and are already discussing dates for next year.

We had a lovely time. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Cottage itself was lovely and private (ash cottage ) never been to Cornwall and would definitely go back to the same place.

We had a lovely stay in Ash Cottage which was beautiful and very spacious. We made good use of the hot tub on the cold evenings and enjoyed the tennis court too. The grounds around Kilminorth are beautiful to walk around and our little boy enjoyed the trampoline and tree swing. The only issue I would say there was is that as a lot of dogs roam free around the grounds there was dog poo on our doorstep one morning which my little boy stepped in, but other than that it was a lovely break away and we would definitely return.

Would definitely return, can't get much better of a recommendation than that!

Great break for a few days. Got to see a lot of the local area from such a lovely place to use as a base.

Great location for walking. Cosy cottage, always warm and very clean. Excellent beds and quilts! Slept very soundly.
Only one small thing I would change: have a proper bread knife for the lovely bakery bread.

Excellent break. Weather was beautiful and the accommodation was everything it was described to be. The setting is stunning, with the grounds surrounding the cottages maintained to a very high standard. Will certainly go back!

Fantastic time had by all. The location and accommodation were lovely and the hosts couldnt have been more accommodating. Pool, tennis courts and hot tub made it feel very exclusive.
