Excellent, everything we need from a lodge, very spacious for a family of 4. Welcome pack of milk, tea and coffee, and hygiene pack (dishwasher tablets, sponge, washing up liquid and tea towel) very thoughtful, plus dressing gown and slippers for the adults!

The lodge looked like exactly like the pictures, although the hot tub was bigger than expected. A really lovely stay. Everything was clean and tidy. The dining table was perfect for card games. Would recommend this stay to all.

Lovely clean lodges and the hot tub is so relaxing. Withernsea is a short drive away.

Was clean on arrival Bathrooms clean and tidy Kitchen was well equipped and clean enough to cook. Odd few marks but nothing to complain about.Bedrooms clean, bed were a little uncomfortable but sleepable

Fantastic trip away

Beautiful modern lodge with comfy beds, the only thing that let it down was that it was difficult to cook as the oven shelves didnt fit the oven so everything just fell to the bottom.

Overall we had a great stay receptionists were very welcoming and polite . Therefore was not much to do in the area such as activities but other than that we really enjoyed are time away .

Lovely clean lodge and excellent hot tub great break had with good beaches nearby and just up the road from shops and supermarkets.

Amazing 2nd time here they are fantastic lodges and have every thing u need apart from a non stick frying pan but we enjoyed our stay for our wedding anniversary, thankyou

We had a lovely week in a quiet part of the country. Since there was no shop on the site, we did have to keep driving into Withernsea (a short drive). A well equipped and furnished lodge with plenty of room and a great shower

Fantastic lodge cant fault it at all - simply beautiful furnishings the sofas are so comfortable the jacuzzi was a BIG hit with us all. (My teenage son 14) now wants one. Was so relaxing the town of Withernsea wasnt much but we travelled to York and Lincoln (1hr 35mins) for dinner and sightseeing was really worthwhile. If I had to choose something that wasnt great was the amount of wasps around the lodge (13) maybe a wasp catcher or trap could be put around to help but all in all would definitely recommend and would return.

Absolutely love the new Tamworth Pet. We usually struggle with our dog as he's so small and easily fits through the gaps of most 'pet friendly' lodges. This is truly pet friendly with a well stocked welcome pack for your little pooch as well as it's own fenced off area to run around it. Probably the most pet friendly accommodation that I've ever stayed in. For the humans, there's a very good sized hot tub that is checked every morning and both bedrooms have their own en-suite. The open plan living room, diner and kitchen was very comfortable and well equipped. On a final note, I love the views at Fairview. Even at the end of October, I found myself sitting out on the decking (with a hot drink!!) feeling completely relaxed just taking in the views

Quite expensive for 4 nights but we did get a cancellation and everybody is holidaying at home this year!

Lodges were very well equipped and extremely clean. Added extras like milk, tea and coffee was a lovely surprise. Staff on site were very helpful with local advice on where to go.

Everything about it was excellent, couldn't fault it. Would well recommend, as it has everything you need for a relaxing holiday!

Lovely lodge, great hot tub, this has the best view and isnt over looked

We were delighted with the lodge. Really comfy and clean, a real home from home. Full Sky TV package in the Berkshire meant we could even watch the Formula 1 on Sunday, and could download films to watch in the evenings after food and a hot tub. Exceptionally clean for this type of accommodation, including the hot tub, which was checked often by site management. Well equipped kitchen, I managed to cook a full English breakfast in it, so perfectly adequate for family catering. The Berkshire has a large fridge and separate freezer, with an additional undercounter fridge which we used as a drinks fridge. Absolutely loved it! Would have given it 10/10 but for couple of small things - namely, the dishwasher didn't wash very thoroughly so we had to handwash some items after they had been through the dishwasher which was a bit annoying, and also the outside furniture was a bit hard to sit on - we think they had removed the cushions due to the Coronavirus pandemic so we understood why this had to be. Other than those tiny things, it would have been perfect. Great place to stay :-)

Great lodge and very welcoming for our pet cocker spaniel, Arnold. Not too much near the lodge itself but a great place to isolate yourself and shut off from the outside world.

Loved it and we will be back very very soon

Beautiful lodges with everything you could need, only downside is not much to do in local area. However if, like me, all you want to do is relax in a hot tub and get some peace and quiet, it's perfect!

That nice I return again next weekend for another short break

Feb 2020. The lodge (no 5) was fantastic. It was spacious, really well appointed, and very clean. The underfloor heating was great and ideal for a winter break. There is a large hot tub on the deck that is well sheltered from the prevailing winds and we use it extensively. With a clear sky and the deck lights off it was great for star watching. A lot of thought has gone in to the siting of the lodge as you have views of open countryside and do not feel overlooked, which adds to the feeling of seclusion. We didn't have to trouble the owners for anything but they were welcoming and friendly and more than happy to suggest places to visit or eat. We had a fantastic break and will definitely be returning.

Wonderful weekend, clean warm hot tubs. Comfortable beds, smart tv. Well stocked kitchen. Lovely bread and jams on arrival. Will definitely return and have already recommended to others. Thanks
