Michael, Dumfriesshire
We had a lovely few days at Mowbreck caravan park, everything in the caravan to the bedding was absolutely clean, no down falls at all. Grounds was clean & tidy, beautiful flowers displayed around the site. We had our little dog Tilly with us & the veranda was a bonus as she sat at on it. Fantastic place for couples & older people i would recommend, so peaceful & friendly. Will go back again.
Lynn, Peterborough
Well looked after caravan, with a welcome pack.
Balcony surrounding it allowed the dogs to get some air and let us have the door open in warm days
Julie, Swindon
Very clean and comfortable caravan.

From start to finish this was a break that excelled!

Before we even travelled the communications from the park were clear and precise, which in its self gave us confidence, then on arrival, there was complimentary tea and coffee which enabled us to catch our breath after a long journey.

Hey, first impressions count and boy, it was obvious that the preparation team had worked hard to ensure that the Mobile Home was in pristine condition and ready for us to move in (well-done guys).

As for the park itself is was amazing, it's so clean and tidy, what a tranquil place to be and again the maintenance team work tirelessly around the area keeping it in tip-top condition. The park is a mixture of Residential, Long & Short term stays, and we found that all were very friendly and being a dog-friendly site we took our dog with us which was great for us and our dog, he made so many friends and introduced us to their owners.

Another great feature of the park is the wildlife, we were welcomed on our first morning by a flock of Swallows dancing and diving between the homes, this was a fine display that had us watching in awe, but that was not all, there is a vart array of birds on the park Finches, Blackbirds and Crows to name a few, then there were the Squrils and in the evening sky the Bats (mainly down by the reception).

The location is also ideal as it sits midway between Blackpool and Preston which are only 6 miles away, but there again the Lakes and Pennines are also only a short hop away, so there are so many things to see and do. For food supplies, there are two supermarkets within 1 mile which makes it so easy to get essential supplies.

For the local dining out experience, we would really recommend The Black Valais Restaurant, which is about 1.5 mails away at the M55 Junction (We'll write a review on their website).

So all in all, we loved it, we had a great time and would we go again, damn right we will.
