The Caravan's are very nice

The accommodation had everything we needed. We only wanted somewhere to sleep and have breakfast so weren't looking for much. It was adequate for our needs. We didn't want to pay any more so feel we couldn't expect luxury.

Great caravan very spacious and clean.

Great size lodge accommodation , only drawback was we got the one that only got sunshine on the balcony at daybreak , after that the trees kept us in the shade .

We were very pleased that there were 3 bedrooms rather than having to make up one of the sofas every night.

The only complaint I had with the accommodation was that the cleaner did not clean out the plug hole, it was full of hair from a previous camper, and the outside was full of cobwebs, but it was very comfortable.

Took my mother in law on her first holiday for 36 years always wanted to go to Isle of Wight she throughly enjoyed herself, we all had a lovely time my two dogs we made welcome and plenty of walks for them around.

Only negative was no bath to wash my baby son. But then again it never said it had one. Everything else was really good

We were very impressed with our lodge. It was very clean with lots of storage, and lovely and warm!

The caravan was very clean and tidy and so was the park very pleased

Great caravan although could do with a second toilet.

I did enjoy very much and I did recommend to friends and family

would have been a 10 had it not been for the 'ant' problem

The caravan was excellent

Great caravan that we stayed in. Lots of space internally. Girls enjoyed a room each and put the beds together to make one large one each. Only thing missing was a teapot - we like our cups of tea.

Ideal size for us 2 adults and 2 kids. We used third bedroom as storage.

Oven pan was a little too small for frozen pizza, best to bring your own from home.

Central heating worked a treat as evenings were a bit chilly.

had to change unit due to boiler fault put into another van just as good very helpfull staff

Lovely, shower was best I've ever come across in a caravan and bed was very comfortable

Much better than caravan - plenty of room for the 6 of us. had all we needed.

I could not fault the caravan, we booked the bronze due to us bring our little dog, on any other site this bronze caravan would be classed as a silver plus, very nice, and would come here again.

The main toilet did not flush, the outside light did not work, the kitchen light did not work, the fridge was broken and the shower leaked.
These moans were all fixed that day, except the shower, which still leaked after it had been resealed. We did not mention that it still leaked till we left as we did not want to move caravan, and with towels down in the kitchen , we were able to put up with it for a week.

the only complaint we had and its only a minor one was the freezer froze up so bad we could hardly get any food in it

Superb had a lovely break unfortunately not long enough

A great time. Only issue was the parking at the park . The spaces were often too small and access was restricted due to orhers parking

throughly enojoyed our time will come back.

Only thing I would like to improve would be the temperature if the swimming pools.

good value for money, some of fittings in caravan a bit loose, e.g. shelves etc and one thing missing which would be great is a simple one, a hook in bathroom and perhaps on door of each room ?car parking a bit tight for today's larger cars
