Date of stay: 26th July 2019
Enjoyed the accommodation, all the amenities and some luxuries - especially the hot tub.
Teenagers enjoyed the hot tub and heated pools.
Activities on site were targeted more towards younger children.
I thought the mini golf was expensive - £10:50 for 3 of us and the it took us no more that 30 minutes to complete the course.
Drinks were expensive.
Did not eat in the restaurants.
Found that activities in the local area were limited for teenagers.

main restaurant closed as not high season so area with children fine but can become noisy especially if someone in your party has anxiety issues food good but could do with some variation like either a steak ,curry or another pasta dish

Date of stay: 10th May 2019
First caravan break for a long time so we were really pleased with this choice. Everything we needed was there and in general very clean. A few minor problems with shower doors and fluttering when it rained but we reported those. Lovely surroundings and quiet. The clubhouse was not busy but we were told in holiday times that changes. One thing was the price of drinks which we thought a bit steep but that's the UK. Would definitely try another caravan break or even same one.

The caravan was great although when I booked the picture showed the caravan directly looking over the lake this was misleading because our caravan wasnt. We still loved it

Date of stay: 17th March 2019
Great accommodation, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Nice to have a full size twin as well as the smaller twin. Perhaps a better idea to have sufficient dining chairs for all those staying - even a couple if fold up chairs for the children as we had to call across to the restaurant for an extra chair (delivered v quickly). Also strange to have towels and bedding but no tea towels. Overall very happy with the Premier 3.

very nice and comfy, just a couple of things i thought was missing and needed. like no chopping board or bread board, i think there were no scissors either but apart from that good quality pots and pans etc, plenty of extra heating so you dont get cold in the winter.

Comfortable lodge. Kitchen fittings like new, everything else all ok too.
Didn't use any of the on site facilities so can't comment on them.

Date of stay: 14th September 2018
The caravan we had was exceptional. Very big with lots of storage and we'll cleaned. It was far enough away from the clubhouse to not have any noise but close enough to walk to
Date of stay: 10th September 2018
The caravan was extremely spacious & comfortable. We were right near all the on site facilities which was fabulous.

Date of stay: 27th August 2018
Shower room clean but some surface damage, which makes it impossible to clean thoroughly . Elsewhere some plastic veneer peeling a bit. Oven control knobs illegible so difficult to fathom.

The best caravan we have stayed in. Really can't fault it.

Date of stay: 3rd August 2018
The caravan was very spacious and had lots of storage. However there was no central heating so if the weather had been cold the fire in the living room would not have been enough

Lovely caravan. Very clean and spacious
Date of stay: 14th July 2018
The lodge was lovely inside. This was our 2nd visit to the same lodge . The only downside was the outside was covered with cobwebs and pollen which made it look like it had not been cleaned for 6 months

Date of stay: 16th October 2017
The doors and windows were fitted very badly - big gaps allowing cold air into the caravan.

Caravan was ideal.
Generally clean.
Some stains to sofa and cushions.

Will definitely be back again. We loved it here. Kids loved the pool and the evening entertainment. Would like to see more food choices and a pizza or two but we did have a great time and the food we had was very nice.
We stayed in a Platinum and it was lovely and very spacious.

Date of stay: 21st July 2017
Lovely caravan. Comfortable with lovely views from the decking.
Great holiday! We really felt relaxed and revitalised. The pool and sauna were the most important elements for our family. Will book again😊
Reception staff were helpfull, we were upgraded due to the cold weather, however we had to leave a day early due to the park having no running water anywhere and we could not wash or use the toilet.
Fantastic holiday. Can’t wait to go back.
The staff were AMAZING. Could not do enough for us. The accommodation was clean and the facilities was brilliant. My only negative comment would be the fact that there is no border between the outside play area and the lake. Many times I saw kids run from the park to the edge of that lake.
