Poor - too many issues to mention.

Overall a lovely clean and comfortable lodge. A little disappointed that the WiFi was shocking! It was advertised as free WiFi, which in fact is free for only 1 person. For additional uses you have to pay extra! There were no instructions on how to make the sofa bed up in the lounge which was problematic. In fact here were no instructions for anything like operating the heating etc. Also more information in the lodge would be helpful for facilities in the park. I know it's available on line which is no good if you can't use the WiFi!

Location was lovely the pot holes in the roads need sorting as it's not good, the Lodge was lovely we paid a fair amount of money for the weekend and was disappointed to find the hot tub lights on the outside didn't work reported this and wad told they would get someone out to look and sort the problem but on one came.. the lodge sleeps 7 but only 4 chairs so we couldn't all sit at the table for a meal but apart from that the lodge was lovely

Filthy. Clearly never clean properly as we saw several cleaners going into other accommodation with one cloth and a spray bottle. This was very noticeable as our toilets were filthy, the sides were sticky, previous guests clothes were still hung on the towel rails. Looks like they just emptied the bins and walked off. We did phone 20 minutes after arrival as we couldnt find the heating thermostat, and there were a few issues like wobbly toilets and a hole in the carpet with grippers exposed (we had young children with us so big risk of standing on them), we were told someone would be out as soon as they could but after a 5 day stay nobody showed. We spend the morning of the second day cleaning (at our own expense) as the staff were useless. Great accommodation spoiled by a total lack of pride

As described in the previous section, on the last day of our trip we lifted the mattress in the bunk bed room to find mould on the carpet, our 2 year old was staying in here and already had a cough and cold so this was definitely less than ideal!

Lodge was really lovely. But the carpets were dirty and the curtains in the bedroom. And all the throw pillows and stains on.

Had a great stay, although the on site facilities were quite a way from the accommodation. We got lost on foot and in the car on many occasions. The entertainment was non existent and the indoor pool colder than I would've liked.Went off the site most days

It was an ok place to stay, it looked nice from afar but close up, not so great i.e dirty soft furnishings. Floor was filthy when we arrived so we had to clean it ourselves. Couldnt access park WiFi. Remote controls for televisions missing backs so the batteries kept falling out which was particular dangerous for our 19 month old daughter. Bedrooms were fine, bed in the master bedroom clean and comfortable. Bathrooms in good condition. Park facilities were limited. We used the laundrette once and there was a missing item when we returned. We liked the evening entertainment for our daughter, the setup was very good. We made the most of our trip but wouldnt stay again.

Overall a good experience. A couple of maintenance issues that could have been picked up with the last clean. Reception and maintenance were great as were all the employees.I would consider staying there again. Some of the roads need work through to improve drainage and fix potholes but I suspect this will be taken care of after the flooding.

Comfortable lodge but totally lacking in information about the lodge facilities, WiFi access or local places of interest. Lounge lights pathetic! Small, dim spotlights - impossible to read in the long November evenings.

Dont even know how to start was such a horrible holiday !!! i do not recomment anybody this place, awful, staff rude and not helpfull at all! Our Wi-fi was not working so we asked 3 time at reception if someone can come and have a look, always the same answer, someone will come soon(it never happend). Our lodge had o beatiful view, hut that was all!! It said that you have a private fishing peg, nut no one fish in the lake. The park is close to a military base so the excersise with jet planes at least 5-6 times if not more, it was extrely load and unpleasant. The roads also awfull, space only for one car on the raod with speed bumps. We went at the pool with our baby girl, the water was freezing cold ! And I dont even want to talk about dust and cob web in the lodgear anything else ..very very dissapointed. Please avoid!

The TriBeCa was nice but some of the things in it were tatty, like the blinds were pretty much destroyed, piece of wood under the dishwasher kept falling off and the cushions had seen better days, little thing that are easily fixed.

Date of stay: 17th July 2020
It was always going to be a bit of an odd experience due to the current pandemic, social distancing & restrictions but the staff at the park have gone the extra mile to make it as safe as possible. The kids got to try out multiple activities on the lake plus archery, the outdoor cinema and park. The outdoor pool / lido is great and the shop was well stocked and reasonably priced.
We ate out at the bar and restaurant & took strolls around the grounds.
I recommend the site and will revisit next year when I hope things are closer to normality.

Our accommodation was brilliant, we loved the decor and all the space. The kitchen was well equipped and we thought the welcome basket with the kitchen essentials was a great idea.

Date of stay: 11th November 2019
The lodge was brilliant and the park itself is nice. I wouldn't go back because of the staff on check in and the rude bar staff. Also, the bar drinks are extortionate in price and we were charged different amounts each time.

Date of stay: 25th October 2019
The lodge was well appointed and clean. Lovely and warm also. Furnishings of good standard. Location by the lake was glorious. Only slight negatives are fact that table designed for six people and seating round TV more for four adults on the two sofas. Hot tub was checked daily.
Stacy, Loughborough
