The caravan on 1st inspection looked good a typical caravan bedroom small but thats a caravan for you. On closer inspection the cleaners just clean and hoover what they can see there was wrappers under the bed and the stains on the matteress was very off putting we was also bitten to death from something in the caravan. Then on the last day we stripped the beds and found bed bugs. The staff at the pool was very unfriendly and the changing rooms could go with a good scrub was not a nice place to change in.

The only thing that was a problem was the grass areas where cars must park were very muddy and you have to walk on wet, muddy grass to get to and from caravans

Lovely little camp site , excellent location, tucked away and yet close enough to nearest shop , etc. Access to Mablethorpe and cleethorpes if you want Seaside days.Caravan was spotlessly clean, modern, well equipped and cosy.Very quiet, lovely fishing lake , big outdoor playarea for kids, small I door and decent size pool.Only minor complaint was, because it was mid week with our pre schooler , the entertainment wasn't on for kids, supply and demand I guess. Other than that great little place :)

On initially arriving at the site I gave the cleanliness a 10 as everything was very clean. However, I have given it a low score now as when we stripped the beds at the end of our holiday one of the mattresses in the twin room was very soiled and stained. This was not acceptable and changed my opinion on the cleanliness of the caravan. If I had seen this before I would have insisted on the mattress being changed.

Loved it all except That
The only thing was we couldnt get in the club for the evening for a drink because we werent eating but we had eaten there at lunchtime so we were disappointed.
We asked for a table to sit and the security man went to the person inside and spoke to home and he said send them through. We went through and he said you are eating and I said no we ate at lunchtime here and he said I cant have people taking up space of potential diners. Sorry.
I said ok and left.
Thats the only thing I have bad to say about the whole holiday experience. It was disappointing.

Really lovely caravan, nice and clean. Well worth paying extra for newer van, stayed in an older one last time and wasn't as enjoyable. Take extra pillows if needed, as 6 berth has 6 pillows, obviously personal choice but we all like more than one pillow. Would have been nice to have cushions on the sofa as could be a little uncomfortable, so used pillows from bedroom. Would definitely pay the extra to stay in one of these caravans again.

Great park and good location but all parkdean parks are missing a trick with not allowing dogs into the pub. If there was a specific area where dogs could be taken INSIDE customers would drink and eat INSIDE without having to sit outside when cold/raining. Dogs are better behaved than kids (and cleaner) so why not.
