Caravan could do with a deep clean, dirty sofas and carpets. Bed uncomfortable and squeaked everytime I moved.

The caravan was old, tatty, with bits missing off furnishings. There weren't any hooks for coats or clothes apart from a pair in the single bedrooms on the wardrobes which hung over the beds, so not a lot of point. The beds were uncomfortable as well. The hooks in the utility room were just holes in the wall where they had fallen out. There was only the towel holder in the bathrooms, so nowhere to hang your clothes. The window seals on all the windows were broken so it blew a gail through them. We had to put the spare bedding up against the bedroom ones so the room wouldn't be so cold and draughty. The settee was very uncomfortable, we got a numb bottom after a while. The carpets were stained from other visitors. The kitchen was nice and clean and had everything you needed. The oven was cleanish, needed a scrub to get the shelves back shiney, and I didn't use the tray, just in case.Over all not very good considering we paid a lot for an old caravan PLUS extra for having a dog! So had to pay extra for an old caravan that shouldn't be on the site just because we had a dog. There must have been a better caravan on the site we coild have had, but they never gave us an option when complained.Wouldn't go to that site again.

Be careful if you are taking a baby with you. Just make sure the caravan has room for a cot if you need one.Other than that, the holiday was good and baby enjoyed it.

The caravan was very well set out as the master bedroom was at the other side of the van than the other rooms giving some privacy but the van had obviously been well used with glass missing in the cabinets and kitchen drawers wobbly and not attache properly. Overall though, it was a nice van

The caravan had everything we needed, the only complaint we had really was that we were situated next to a large bush that meant we had a lot of bees and wasps flying around so couldn't enjoy the veranda as much as we would have liked.

We asked to get up graded and the lovely lady had put us in a Caravan not to far from the complex, thank you for that. Yes the staff were friendly and happy in what they were doing. The Lady who was working in the Arcade with blonde hair, wore it in a ponytail and wore glasses sometimes. She was absolutely brilliant such a lovely lady. We even told her that on our last day. We would go back and hopefully next time there will be plenty to do.
