We had a lovely holiday & were lucky with the weather. We managed to visit many places of interest & driving is less stressfull than where we live !! Somerset is a largely unspoilt County & often overlooked.

My husband, two dogs and I were looking for peace, quiet and tranquility just to take time out - without any restriction. We achieved this with bells on and the hosts were everything you could ask for. We were welcomed and knew they were on hand if needed (which they were not). The accommodation was clean and homely and the attention to detail was first class. The welcome tray was greatly appreciated also which included fresh milk. Our first visit but 100% not our last!

A timber cabin in the open fields. Very clean and comfortable. An amazing power shower to wash away lives aches and pains. The only small and I mean small gripe is that dogs need to be kept on a lead while in the main field, however, I do understand the reasons why. Probably one of the best places to relax we've ever visited.

Had a great three day stay in March. Weather was kind, enabling all the walking we and the dog could wish for.
Would thoroughly recommend Spindlewood Lodge particularly for those who like being outdoors and then enjoy a quiet night in - eating and drinking.

My fianc and I stayed here for our birthday weekend. The lodges are very clean, cosy and warm. The location is absolutely beautiful.
Local pub is walking distance and only a 5-10 minute drive to the festival site if you want to have a walk around or to the Tor.
Sandra and Tony were really welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

Ideally located for sightseeing Wells, Glastonbury, and Bath. Also not too far away is the Retail Outlet Vilkage at Street. The 7 lodges are positioned in a large well kept field with uninterupted views across open countryside to Glastonbury Tor. The owners are are very friendly and on hand if you need them. The lodges are clean and have everything you need to self cater and relax or nearby are local pubs and restaurants which are very good.
