Got a bargain for a Gold 3 select caravan during the Easter break. Park is quite small, which can be a good thing. Some of the vans when passing them looked very worse for wear. The one we had was nice inside. Seating was a bit uncomfortable for me, the sofa dipped and was quite a deep seat therefore difficult to get up from. A socket in the main bedroom had a plug pin lodged in it and was unusable - this was reported but not rectified during our stay. The car area at side of the van flooded with the rain, the water was past the bottom of my tyre - this was also reported but not rectified. Granted there had been heavy rain but no other areas at other vans were like this.Staff were lovely and the food was very tasty.I personally wouldn't return as its too far from anywhere to visit.

Chalet was spacious and clean. Could do with some homely finishing touches. No outside furniture which wasnt great if you wanted to sit and socialise with others in the hot tub but not get in. This wouldnt be great in the summer.

It is not lodge standard accommodation. the wardrobes were next to non -existent. A piece of wood with some coat hangers and a shelf. The heating continually went off every 2-3 hours and had to be switched on including during the nightThe tv signal was intermittent so unable to eat watch tv. WiFi is usually included in lodge prices as are towelsJust very poor accommodation to classify and charge at lodge prices

The chalet was tiny. Very basic. No towels. No outdoor space. Or the space was taken up by neighbouring chalets

Amazing holiday, our Chalet was better than we thought, great value for what we paid. Clean, beds made for us arriving. Kids absolutely loved it. Lots to do on site and off. Very close to a beach. Views are outstanding when off site. Food is really good, expensive though. We did 4 days and found that was long enough. Staff are very friendly, always happy to help.

We enjoyed our stay here. Our chalet was nice and very clean inside. The park overall was lovely and the reception staff are amazing. Extremely helpful and friendly! The location was good and right next to the seafront. We found a little park and splash park a 15 minute walk away that our little girl loved. The pool onsite is lovely and clean and well run. There were a few things we were a bit disappointed with though. The park onsite wasn't great and it was really muddy. The restaurant serves lovely food but the service isn't fantastic, they have bingo on just before the tots activities and are quite rude when children waiting for the entertainment are making any noise. The entertainment staff in general are not great they were all quite arrogant. During the tots activities they gave stickers out to some kids and others didn't get anything. Our little girl waited for one every night and never got one as did other children and you could see how disappointed they were. She also walked onto the stage at one point and was told off by one of the staff which I was appalled by as she is only just coming up 2. Apart from these things we had a lovely time here.

A good few days away, lovely clean chalet. The only thing I would fault is no blind at the bathroom window. Couldnt fault anything else. A perfect holiday for people with small children.

Staff are unbelievable and great customer service ????However the caravan fell below standard, the oven didnt really get hot, the fridge had shelves missing and was constantly frozen at the back. There were barely any kitchen utensils. My stepdad broke his leg the week before so was in a wheelchair, I asked for any support re a ramp up the caravan steps but was told no. I even offered to pay more money for a disabled friendly caravan. There was only one on the whole site and it was fully booked
