Visitor Reviews of Scoutscroft Leisure Park

Louise, Skipton
Date of stay: 1st August 2020
Last minute booking fantastic site, close to beach lots to do.
Would definitely return kids loved it especially beach and evening sea fishing from Eyemouth

Date of stay: 31st July 2020
Lovely caravan, in a gorgeous part of Scotland. Caravan was Covid cleaned and with timed check in, although this meant arriving later than usual and checking out earlier than usual. No information about facilities or check out was provided so felt a bit on our own. I was emailed a park map on the day of arrival. No parking by our caravan and the small main car park had cones blocking off most of the spaces.

We didn't use the on site facilities apart from takeaway fish and chips on our last evening which was delicious. The caravan was superb. Gave 9 score for furniture and fittings because lamp in sitting room didn't work and one toilet seat was askew.

The caravan was lovely. Staff we're very helpful and let us check in early when our van was ready. Entertainment was a bit sparce, but what do you expect for a very tiny park.

Great site, great countryside, great time!

Just one thing, though, please provide a mop and bucket for the shower/washroom as it does get extremely wet.

Beverley, Hartlepool
We had never visited this area before, so I relied on the review of others when making the booking. We were not disappointed. The park is lovely. Not too large and close enough to the village and beach. We booked the Delux Caravan and it was so comfortable. There are amazing walks in the area. We walked to Eyemouth, St Abbs and St Abbs Nature Reserve. The views are stunning.

Will certainly think about coming back, apart from the beautiful Coldingham Bay, not much around, but 30 mins drive to Holy Island, 40 mins to Bamburgh
Elaine, Selkirk
Lovely spacious caravan, very comfortable stay.
David, York
A great park in a beautiful area.
