The caravan was overall exactly what we wanted, there was 5 adults and 2 kids plus my dog. The place was lovely and looked clean. Until we realised we all had dog hairs all over our feet from the floor. (My dog doesnt malt) we had only just got there. Also when we pulled the sofa bed out in lounge we had to clean it before we could use it as it was covered in dog hair like the cushions had never been moved to hoover after a few guests had been there as so much hair! As an asthmatic this wasnt what I wanted to be doing on my first night at the caravan. A shame really as price and location and everything else was spot on!

Not the equipment you advertised no washing machine, no dish washer, not enough cutlery, no towels, no washing up started set is washing up liq, yes towels etc. And a half used toilet roll. The TV was smaller than the middle and the fire!! All pans were covered in old grease. Definitely not the usual service we have had I'm previous bookings.

We enjoyed our stay here, the location was lovely a good base for exploring Northumberland however the caravan didn't have a washing machine and the laundry facilities were broken all week at the park. This was not good at all we are a family of 8! Also no toilet roll in the onsuite and no TV in the main bedroom again we booked this caravan for 8 people so these extra things would of made our stay better. The entertainment on the Saturday night was crazy too the whole club erupted like am old late 90s/early 2000 night club in the evening people walking about with eyes like saucers and jaws falling off. Not appropriate for a family setting lots of very young children about as well as older ones too. Not acceptable for a family setting.

A short break for myself and husband. On arrival at reception the staff were very accommodating and gave us our welcome pack and keys. Caravan we booked was adequate. Beds made up. My only complaint the carpets needed hoovering and hopefully at the end of every season the seating areas and mattresses get sanitised .. would have liked info on places to visit whilst in the area also but overall would recommend.

Because there are only two bedrooms, the double room has plenty of space and an en-suite toilet. The shower room (with toilet) is well designed, with shelves for toiletries and radiator to dry towels. The kitchen is fully equipped and the flat screen TV is large and full Freeview. I couldn't find fault with this van.

The bedrooms were very small but it was good for a 4 night break. Just to say I think the saucepans and frying pans need checking to ensure the non stick coating isnt pealing. Overall the caravan was brilliant.
