Excellent accomodation and no TV mounted on a wall to give you neck ache. A good central location for touring north and south of the area.

our first visit to Scotland - a lovely location and beautiful setting.

Fab holiday for the family, great to go somewhere with no phone signal however there is the option of getting signal at the reception area right next to all of the lodges. There are games, dvds, books, etc for entertainment which you are free to help yourself too

A very comfortable lodge. Ideal location to visit Glens around Comrie and Crief. Killin is a short drive away. There is an adequate dog walk opposite the site. Only draw back due to the closeness of the river with birch trees around and close to forests - birch fly and the mighty midge.

Spent just the 3 nights at these great log cabins....but it was a fantastic time!!
It was clean, friendly, comfortable and perfect for getting away from it all!!
Highly recommend visiting here to anyone who enjoys a friendly welcome followed by a comfy and relaxing holiday!
Hope to visit again.......and not just because my wee girl is missing the rope swing over the stream!!
Many thanks for a brilliant holiday!!

The only downside is that the shower is fed from a hot water tank and so provides 3 showers at a time. An electric shower would have been better.

Excellent pet friendly environment in a stunning location.
The log cabins are excellent value for money and amply spacious with all of the appliances you need. Ours was very clean and everything functioning perfectly. Being pet friendly was a huge advantage to us and the beautiful outdoor space against the river is ideal. The location is perfect for those who love the great outdoors. There are many walks and cycles on your doorstep and you're reasonably close to many tourist areas should you wish to visit.

Great time had by us all, Would definitely come again.
Date of stay: 1st June 2014
Comfortable accommodation but lodge was tired in places. Previous occupants had obviously had a dog which left a lingering smell. The lodge would have benefitted from a good airing and some air fresheners.

Some of the fixtures, fittings and furniture was a little dated. There was a few unclean areas of the cabin including the cooker hood and salt and pepper despensers.

Great lodge. Lovely location. Very quiet and private.
Lovely remote lodges - staff were lovely and very helpful, couldn’t accommodate us more - quite remote and our the way which is exactly what we were looking for, views are fab and the walks through the woods with the dogs totally worthwhile - hot tub lodges beside us looked lovely but just out of our price range which was a pity as that would have been a bonus
There was 6 of us in Cabin 5 over a long weekend (3 nights). We all really enjoyed this getaway and personally it has been one of my favourite places to visit. The cabin is well equipped, maintained and spacious enough considering we were a party of 6 adults. We had everything we needed cleaning and cooking wise; plenty for 6 people. They also leave a welcome pack which includes some extra bits like dish washer tablets and bin bags that you don't normally get.
The double room and twin room are well sized with more than enough space. The bunk bed room is smaller with less space but absolutely fine for adults and children, our party had no complaints. The bathroom is well sized with a walk in shower which is nice. There is also an open plan living and kitchen area with double doors leading to the decking. The decking is lovely and spacious with a large picnic table, garden seats and the hot tub. The hosts have also equipped the cabin with a 6 berth hot tub which is nice to see, especially since anywhere else I have been you get a 4 berth.
The hosts are very attentive and I don't think they could have been any more helpful whilst we were there. They visited us 2 of the days to clean and check the hot tub and also to help with our queries.
We can't comment on the surroundings as we didn't leave the cabin/ river area.
If you want a quiet, peaceful and relaxing break, I think it is definitely worth a visit. Thank you to both Colin and his wife for a great stay.
Had a great time at riverside, the lodges were very clean, cosy and value for money, the surrounding area is beautiful and would recommend to anyone for a get away break
Loving log cabin kids love going there will definetly be back
Lovely quiet location. Lodges are very clean and plenty of equipment. Second visit this year. Recommended.
beautiful riverside setting with stunning scenery surrounding. Lovely, comfortable, well equipped cabin. Friendly and welcoming hosts. Peaceful.
Only reason for the score of helpful of staff is there was no one on site and I didn't want to give a bad review as there was no one needed
