Riverside Caravan Park

The caravan mattresses were very worn with springs pressing into our backs making it hard to sleep. Under our beds were empty bottles and items left by previous occupants.

Not enough for children to do on park no convenience store Tesco was a 6 minute walk from entrance to park which was ok but would of been better just to have small shop on site no cash machines working so hard to keep going Tesco to get money out pools where good except toddler pool as no heating and was freezing evening entertainment was ok but would I come again I doubt it as just not enough for children . On arrival staff where Very pleasent .

Where to start.... me and my 2 young children was meant to stay for 7 nights here the first day we got there i wanted to go home! The caravan (goodwood) was absolutely disgusting, filthy, oven broken,curtains falling off, stained sofas filthy bedding NO heating worked. (Central heating was advertised and there was none).. made several complains to the 'manager' and 'head of housing keeping ' and they was nothing but RUDE! They didn't want to help fix problems instead insisted we go home if we dont like it! The head of housekeeping also said to me 'what do you expect for a basic caravan!" They did send a maintenance man around on the second day and he looked at the oven and said dont use it its to dangerous then went off and said enjoy your holiday! Be aware that the caravan hoseasons are advertising(goodwood) is NOT the caravan that riverside give you. I even had caravan owners approach me and say that riverside put all the old caravans for hoseasons use so be aware. AVOID THIS PARK AT ALL COSTS.

The caravan allocated to us must have been the oldest most dilapidated on the site. The shower couldn't maintain the hot water for more than a minute at a time. The fridge didn't have a freezer which meant we lost our freezer food, on which is the hottest September ever. We came home early.

Caravan needs to be cleaned from top to bottom with new carpet, probably easier to replace than repair

As above very disappointed.

Could smell the sewage from bathroom ...not sure if that is normal . Other wise very comfortable and practical. Clean and well kept. All you would need was provided.

Stayed at caravan park before everything was very quiet swimming pool nice and warm couldnt fault the staff all very helpful would certainly visit again

wasnt fussy on the food as i had burger and fries and burger was burned and fries were soggy but lovely staff x

i really enjoyed my stay it was easy to go to all sorts of nice places in the local area and not get lost !

I have no complaints.The family had an excellent break in a good kept caravan with nice onsite facilities.Nice location and within a short drive to places of interest.

We particularly liked this caravan, as it has a decking area which we loved.

Great relaxing,chilled holiday,weather was mostly ok but great that we had a choice of an indoor swimming pool too.

Very comfy van and well equipped. Good facilities as well.

Great place to take the family for a break

The Aldwick Caravan 2 is an older caravan which we use because we have a dog. It is adequately supplied with crockery, cutlery and saucepans etc. No complaints.

Nice clean park very nice flowers , staff in bar very friendly and bar very cool in such hot weather .it was a shame we had to leave early because I had hospital appointment

We had a great stay at Riverside. Our caravan was well equipped and great location just next to the park which was fab for our 6yo. Only a minute walk to the club house and arcade and couple minutes walk to the pool. Both indoor and outdoor pools where well staffed and clean. My kids had the best time and the staff where so friendly and nice. Tesco next door very handy for getting in the essentials. Beach is a few minutes drive or about 20 min walk. Overall we had a great time and the weather was very kind to us sunshine ?? all day Saturday and Sunday. Would definitely go back.

Been going to riverside for the past 9 years now and it’s a lovely site had no problems in the years the staff are so helpful and friendly

Great stay. A few minor faults with caravan which were reported.

Loved it so did my dogs we are coming back next year
