The lodge was perfect for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children). The lodge came with a hot tub which was an added bonus. Amenities were what we would expect and it was in a perfect location with its own parking.

Caravan very clean . Spacious and good value for money. Could do with some more utensils. The bowls were small just about fit cereals in them. Personally I always want a teapot!

Our first caravan holiday season once childhood and we were totally amazed by the whole experience. The cleanliness of the whole site was perfect as was the attention to detail given by the reception staff, making our check in one of the best ever!! Our 5yr old granddaughter had an amazing time and as a family we are looking forward to coming back soon .

Lovely apartment. The only letdown was the smell outside of the front door. It wasnt overpowering but there was an unpleasant smell of sewage (or something like that).Didnt spoil things at all though????

The apartment was noisy during the night so after two nights were moved to caravan the staff were excellent

The accommodation let the holiday down for me. It wasnt left as clean as Id have expected. There were shredded wheat left under the sofa. We couldnt use one of the bedrooms due to the smell. Im guessing this was from the sheets that had been left damp and folded, it may have been the mattresses? The shower head didnt fit and so had to hold it to shower. The bathroom floors were left dirty. There were no welcome packs in the caravan which I am used to and also no towels. Make sure you bring the basics, sponge, washing up liquid, cloth etc.

Lodge was beautiful, few maintenance bits and bobs but nothing to complain about. Knives not very sharp and not a lot of selection. Only downside we had was we could not use the ensuite as in the double room there wasn't any room for our travel cot so it was sqeezed between the bed and door.

The only thing I didnt like about the Ladram Otterton Premier 3 was the single bed were too small for a child of 13. Plus the sofa bed was so uncomfortable. There are so many cheap sofa comfortable bed these days maybe the should change it.

bed sheets were a little stained in places which wasn't a huge issue and we may have missed the chopping board

Caravan lovely and clean, we had no issues in ours. Sofa bed is not comfortable at all but then I dont think any sofa bed is so we just used the sofa as the extra bed rather than pull out the bed. Shower was amazing, very powerful and hot. This place has beautiful views, not to far from the shops only around 15minutes and also 20 minutes drive from the beach.

Vans very comfortable So much storage space, beds very comfortable, so clean and well looked after. I would recommend brining own pillows as the covers do slip off and leave you with the plastic type covering.

Caravan dirty - last people's razors left behind. Dirty shower. Old food (pizza, limes, jalapeos) around the hot tub, decking surrounding hot tub filthy, green with moss. Cant believe these arent jet washed clean? Site is lovely, beach views walks amazing. Swimming pool was lovely! Loved ladram bay, just a massive shame how filthy our caravan and decking was. Checked in late in the day after a long drive lovely young blonde girl (don't remember her name) gave us a Teddy for my daughter.

Caravan was very over priced for what it was. Decking around the hot tub was unstable,

This is our 2nd Visit to Ladram Bay Probably one of the best Holiday Parks,You can not beat the Private Beach. We got the Diamond Caravan and we loved the Hot tub. The Bedrooms are basic, however the Living room has a nice set out and is comfortable, it also has a Dishwasher. The swimming Pool facilities are amazing it has a Steam room and Sauna you get an hour a day sometimes it gets crowded. If you want to get a seat at the entertainment you need to get there for 6.00. The climbing wall was closed not sure they had enough staff in the Arcade. The drink prices are very expensive £10 Cocktail and £5 other drinks.

The caravan was brilliant! It was a nice feature to have a balcony and we were lucky to have nice weather so eat out looking over to the sea.

Bad. Stink of dog, couple of hour after entering the caravan. Spraying aerosol by the cleaner does not help. Duvet stink of dog smells. Disappointed!!

I ordered 2 caravans one pet friendly and one with hot tub not pet friendly, the one with out the hot tub was amazing it was big and had a beautiful verandah which the view was fabulous, the other one with the hot tub was lovely the hot tub was great but being set back didn't have the wow view, still... We were very impressed at the quality and spaceThe restaurant was lovey, fab bar area with a lovely out side area with heaters, we decided to have a roast carvery dinner which was around £15 I must say apart from the veg and the turkey it wasn't very good, beef was very very hard to cut same as the potatoes so we left it gravy didn't have much flavour, which was a shame as I normally like anything, maybe cook the beef a little bit longer and pots not as long ????????

Good quality family accommodation which is very practical. A 2nd shower in the en-suite would have made it perfect!!

Loved it at Ladram Bay. Clean, safe and relaxed. Only marked down by 1 point as the provision of bath towels would have been a bonus.

Date of stay: 14th August 2020
The caravan was great and just what we needed. The only one area that we struggled with was the checkout time of 9am. We fully understood why to allow for the extra cleaning time, but with 3 young children it took away from some of the time we would have had the day before.
