Shropshire » Henlle, Nr Oswestry

Henlle Hall Cottages is part of our Daisy Door Cottage style Collection, a rural idyll nestling in 17 glorious acres of parkland encompassing Henlle Hall, an exquisite Georgian country house set peacefully on the English–Welsh borders.

Skillfully converted from a former coach house and stables, each spacious cottage showcases magnificent oak beams and original character quirks to strike a sublime balance between 17th century charm and contemporary luxury.

Bathrobes, slippers, flip-flops, complimentary toiletries and outdoor hot tubs create a sumptuous ambience enhanced by optional beauty and spa treatments*.

The fabulous grounds host rolling parkland, mature woodland and a beautifully preserved walled garden, while an 18-hole golf course close by make excellent venues for cherished time with family and friends.

Famed for historic towns celebrating independent shops, pubs and eateries, the Shropshire borders embrace unspoilt adventure at every turn.

Walking, pony-trekking, kayaking, steam railways and horse-drawn narrowboat rides number among local attractions.

Chester and Shrewsbury are easily accessible.

Date of stay: 24th January 2020
Excellent accommodation. The stairs are quite steep which were not a problem for us but could be for others. The lodge was well equipped lovely and warm and had everything we needed.

Recommend in fact weve booked to stay in The Smithy later this year
Claire, Bromsgrove
Date of stay: 30th December 2019
The Smithy is a beautiful cottage. Very modern and clean. Unfortunately the hot tubs for all the court yard properties aren't directly attached, it is only a short walk away but that resulted in a 9 instead of a 10.
Staff amazing, have booked a lodge for next year
Clare, Wirral
Date of stay: 30th December 2019
Only downside dor us waa the hot tub not being directly outside so we didn't use it as much as we would usually

Lovely cottage. Only slight issues no toilet downstairs and lounge a bit small
Kim, Tamworth
Date of stay: 4th November 2019
Everything was fine apart from the hot tub
Heather, Droitwich
Date of stay: 1st November 2019
Enjoyable, relaxing break from the stresses of everyday life. A little gem which our friends introduced us to (they were on their 5th visit); I am sure we will be back. Absolutely loved The Stables but next time would book a lodge just for the convenience of the hot tub on the deck & the dog being able to go outside of the accommodation with us & a lead.
