Heacham Beach

We reported a blockage in our shower tray on the second day and no one bothered to contact us throughout our holidayShortage of power points and drawers for clothing in the bedroomsApart from that everything else was fine.

Only problem with caravan was the radiators needed a good clean and we're rusty .The shower tray need attention also. The rest of the Caravan was fine .Parking the Car outside the caravan was strange .You had to weave you way round the other caravans to park or leave .

Caravan more than adequate. Location great, only 5 minute walk to sea. Good value for money.

Spent previous two summers in Plover which was cheaper but appeared more spacious and we had a veranda there. This year Pochard felt like the second best but if you've never been in better caravans it'll suit. There were 4 of us and would not like to be there as a family of 8

Accommodation had the necessary basics but was very small and cramped for what was meant to be a six berth a small outdoor seating area would've been appreciated it served a purpose and it was very clean

Overall good holiday but would have given top marks if we had a space with some outdoor furniture.

Weve stayed in the exact same caravan two years running on this site (diver caravan) and had everything we needed as a family with a child and a toddler. Fab, highly recommend.

Huge caravan lots of space. Left clean. I did not realise that no bin bags or scourers or washing up liquid was provided in other places we have stayed, there is a pack. They need more hooks, like hooks on the back of the doors for dressing gowns and towels. No hooks for your tea-towel and towel in the kitchen, Also in the shower there is nothing to put your toiletries on. There is no bedside tables. The fridge is tiny. There was only two of us that stayed Sat-Thursday and we had to take out a shelf and play fridge Tetris the whole time we were there. I dont know how families would go on. The oven had no ignitor and the lighter provided didnt work well. The oven isnt very powerful, Little things that started to grate after a while.

We had a great time and the Caravan we stayed in was great, well equipped kitchen & clean. .

Overall accommodation was good. The extractor did not work so every time we cooked smoke alarm went off.

We have stayed at this park several times before but it looked as if things were slipping backwards. I used the cafe a few times before and had some good meals there. However, this time I went for the All-Day-Breakfast off their colourful menu. We were told that the ADB stopped at 11.30 am. I was told that we could only order a few things such as sandwiches but decided to try somewhere else. We had problems with the caravan door locking from the inside. They sent a man out and said it was fixed but it wasn't, The fridge and freezer was very small. The furniture was passed its sell by date. The Tv was small and the aerial needs fixing. Good job I could get SKY Q on my laptop. Will book again but not this van.

The caravan was very basic the seating was very uncomfortable and living area very small despite saying it could accommodate 8. We are a family of 5 and I wouldn't of wanted to live in it with 8 people as we only just had enough space. The baking tray, oven and frying pan were dirty. We lost something and moved the sofa cushions and underneath the cushions was dog hair, a used napkin and filth. We used the pool and the arcade during our stay. The pool was nice but you have to book a slot days in advance to be able to use it. The arcade was rubbish a lot of the 2p machines were broken and the change machines were empty. On the plus side it was walking distance from the beach and the beach is beautiful. The beds in the caravan were very comfortable. This was probably the least enjoyable caravan holiday we have ever had and we wouldn't return to this site.

small park; small caravan - very basic. Parking atrocious. Felt like a caravan park as in one on top of the other. Food very expensive. Pool has set times, must be booked - not impressed. The walk to beach is a NO SWIM zone due to pollution - this is its 2nd year. Im an experienced caravaner. it is a park for owners or those with small children.

Two small gripes. There is no bedroom light switch next to the bed, so you have to get up to turn it off, or turn it off before you get in. There is no "dead end" hard standing outside the caravan, making the grass area outside a thoroughfare, which did not affect us, but would be a concern for couples with small children. That said, we would happily go back

Caravan was overall very clean and well furnished, we we quite close to all the facilities, not to far from the beach, the local amenities were good also, overall if this came up cheap again we would definitely take it!

Great staff - very helpful and friendly. Clean pool. Regular entertainment. Single beds very narrow but typical of every mobile home. Signs saying the sea isnt suitable for swimming, which was disappointing. Over all though - a great holiday destination.

After surpassing the initial Problem with technical difficulties the holiday turned out OK. The caravan was clean but was situated next to the bins. We had a 6 year old and 8 year old girl in our party who were constantly in the bedroom getting changed which meant we had to constantly check the curtains were closed. The pool wasn't over booked and the night entertainment was enjoyable.

Definitely come next year relaxing atmosphere lovely beach friendly stuff

Lovely caravan , beds comfortable The only thing wrong was the toilet it really did smell, I think the floor around toilet needs a good cleanWe did buy toilet cleaner, but smell didn't go away

This is not a place to go to if you don't have a car.we were told to check in after 5pm by *personal info removed by Feefo* but when we got there, the staff said we could have checked in earlier.We were given a different holiday home than was booked. was told it was in a quiet area. Yes it was very quiet. some of the pillows had stains on them. sofa bed had hairs down the back. we didnt have any decking to sit on. instead , 4 wicker chairs at the bottom of the steps to front door. Front door and some windows wouldn't shut properly unless you forced them

We had great time and very helpful staff and pool is superb (need to pre book) . Lots of children activities and 5 min away from sea. Caravan well cleaned and furnished . I will book again and recommend

Pipet is small but well fitted out .kitchen great .would not think its suitable for 4 if kids are older than 5. Otherwise great. Tv. Full size cooker

Really liked staying at this caravan.

Great caravan for 4. the 2nd bedroom beds were a bit narrow if it was to be used by grown adults. Over all roomy for what you pay.

A wonderful holiday. Great location. Friendly people. Of course there are always tweaking that could be done but we had a great time.

Very nice stay, beautiful nature of local area and coastal towns, amazing pine forests.

We didnt realise it was a park Dean site so were confused when we were arriving this should be made clearer

I booked a last minute deal, really reasonable price, caravan was clean and bright, I was telephone prior to holiday and given all instructions, but was told I would receive an e mail 24hrs before giving me caravan details and I didn’t receive one , reception staff really helpful though

Lovely quiet park. Staff were super helpful. Caravan was lovely and big for the lower budget. The only thing that could use improvements is the pool. The tiles were breaking and dirt was coming up of the bottom. I would use the park again If pool is improved.

Excellent facilities on site. Our caravan was a pet friendly one with a little balcony on the front, it was clean and well equipped. Thank you

Lovely position so near to the beach yet still felt you were in the country. Excellent caravans. A really lovely clean and well managed swimming pool. Good entertainment and we'll equipped shop. Makes for a great holiday.

Fabulous site, great location, easy to find,just a stroll to the beach, which is stunning. Sunsets are gorgeous. Staff were very helpful with maintenance issues, they were sorted promptly. Our 2 complaints are, the shop shuts quite early, and it's a 10 min drive to the nearest supermarket, make sure you have the essentials if you arrive after 6pm. Some of the caravans are quite difficult to find, so don't be afraid to ask for directions! I was with our dog, dogs are welcome at the beach.
