Date of stay: 24th August 2018
Went away for 4 nights, felt like you was in the middle of nowhere, which was perfect to just sit and relax. Great area to visit surrounding areas.

Stacey, Barnsley
Date of stay: 14th May 2018
Great if all you want to do is sit in log cabin or go golfing or fishing- not really for families with small children and dogs as no walks nearby or any entertainment for children like play parks
Louise, Barnsley
Date of stay: 12th February 2018
Love this place to relax and chill with friends or partner.
Alex, Yorkshire
Date of stay: 30th December 2017
Paid 320ish for 3 nights between Xmas and new year for 3 bedroom. The lodge was large and comfy. Very pleased with quality and how clean it was. Nice touch was the Xmas tree and complimentary bubbly and selection box . Small things but nice thought.

Nice location on golf course but not much for our under 3's to do. There is a tennis centre and obviously gold available as well as club house. It's very close to Scunthorpe which isn't great. However can't fault the lodge and immediate surrounding area.
Emma, Mansfield
Date of stay: 18th December 2017
We enjoyed a relaxing break at Grange Park Lodges. The hot tubs were clean and well maintained during our stay. The lodge itself was lovely and had a large bathroom and kitchen area.

We had a problem with a noisy party which had been going on all day, we reported this and staff dealt with this quickly.

There is not much in the surrounding area, there is a big Asda a few miles away though. I would recommend bringing essentials with you though as there is no milk, bread, tea bags etc. In the lodge in arrival.
Dawn
Date of stay: 11th November 2017
Accommodation fantastic, only let down with going at this time of year, no restaurant open apart from Sunday, only bar meals available during the day and no evening bar available.

Loved the cabin. Very homily.
Jennifer
Date of stay: 21st July 2017
It was a fantastic cabin. The only issue we found was that we took our two small pugs with us and the decking had a gap big enough around the bottom for our dogs to get out.
Margaret, Gainsborough
Date of stay: 28th April 2017
fantastic lodge lovely and warm, if I had to have a complaint would say that the floor boards where squeaky and I kept the others awake going to the bathroom.

Our 4th visit to Grange Park .New flooring in living areas and new sofas. Spacious well equipped lodges. Great for a relaxing weekend. Hottubs filled for each group of guests.

Noisy party on site Friday night but didn't hear them again - usually quiet and peaceful. Few maintenance issues first night, was sorted first thing Saturday morning no problem.
Carl, Alford Lincolnshire

Kay, Newark-upon-trent, Nottinghamshire
Date of stay: 16th July 2016
Review of accomodation:
Our first impression as we went to the lodge, was the lovely setting, there were not too many lodges in the area and these had green space around between each. We looked over the 16th green and in the evening watched rabbits and a family of hedgehogs wobbling their way past our lodge. The Lodge was very spacious, 3 double rooms, it had everything you could possibly need -fridge, freezer, washing machine, cooker, table and chairs, comfortable leather type sofa's and TV, plus table and chair for sitting out on the verandah.
The lodge was clean and comfortable.
Sue, Wolverhampton
Date of stay: 27th June 2016
Great accommodation, facilities and location. Third year in a row and would not hesitate to go back again.

Date of stay: 29th February 2016
Amazing holiday. Went with a group of couples for my 25th birthday and stayed at the country lodge VIP. Couldnt ask for more! Was fully equipt with everything that was needed, hot tub was wonderful and refilled every morning. Only thing i would suggest is more towels and toilet roll as you only get 1 towel per person for our whole stay would be nice to have 1 for the hot tub and another for the shower. Had nothing to light the cooker with, rang staff and they came straight down with matches which was helpful. Wifi would be a good add-on as reception isnt that great. But overall my visit was 9/10 :)
Mark
Date of stay: 19th February 2016
Excellent break, great for a golfing/fishing holiday. Scunthorpe a short drive and was plenty to do whatever your preference. Lodge was perfect, plenty of space and high quality. Highly recommended.
Mrs T, Uk
Date of stay: 19th February 2016
Lovely lodges. Beds made up on arrival. It was a long, cold journey to get to the holiday lodge, which was really warm when we arrived and towels are provided. The hot tub was bliss, too, especially after a lot of sightseeing.

Great 5 day break. We will visit again.
Nicola, Rye
Date of stay: 19th February 2016
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the lodge. The lodge had everything we could of possibly needed! The lodge was really clean and comfortable would highly recommend!!
Darren, Notts
Date of stay: 15th February 2016
Lodges are great and well equipped. This was our third stay - lodges are perhaps getting a little tired (obviously have a lot of use) and ready for a spring clean. Perhaps ready for a re-furb. Very cosy and comfy and the hot tub is amazing and spotlessly clean (cleaned and re-filled for every new visitor). Would come again as not too far from home and great for a weekend away from it all to recharge your batteries and relax
Pat, Sheffield
Date of stay: 15th February 2016
Really nice lodge and well kept. Very noisy floors and the carpets could do with replacing, they have seen better days. Doors could do with springs to stop them banging as they are heavy and during the night very noisy when you have to pay a middle of the night call.
A few shelves in the two smaller bedrooms would be useful as there is nowhere to put things on.
Vicky, Doncaster
Date of stay: 12th February 2016
Myself and my husband stopped in Honey Lodge VIP ... One word Fantastic clean and spacious .The Hot Tub was cleaned everyday the location is lovely . My Hubby played golf twice and said its one of the best . Booked to go back July and stop in Grange Lodge VIP this time with the kids and dog
Kelly, Lincoln
Date of stay: 5th February 2016
Love it here in the Honey Lodges, this was our 3rd time visiting and it's perfect for relaxing and not doing too much. It's a 30minute walk into Messingham and to shops/co-op and pubs. This visit to the Honey lodges was especially memorable as we got engaged!
Would recommend to any couples that just want to relax and shut off from the world for a bit.
Peter, Bexhill On Sea
Date of stay: 29th January 2016

Date of stay: 19th June 2015
I enjoyed staying at the lodge especially the hot tub which was treated and cleaned daily.
Would have benefited from a pool or a few more facilities due to the location.
Edward
Date of stay: 8th June 2015
The towels and bedding were all nice and clean . The beds were all made up which was nice after a journey. The furniture was a bit low for anyone with mobility problems.
Nicola, Stoke
Date of stay: 5th June 2015
Kitchen starting to show a little bit of age but suppose to be expected, most lodges I have stayed in have given a welcome pack of teas and coffees on arrival nothing here and for money paid wouldn't have broken the bank.
Deborah, Derby
Date of stay: 1st June 2015
The lodge was clean and spacious and we felt very comfortable there.
Allan, Sunderland
Date of stay: 20th April 2015
Very spacious rooms,bathroom/toilet facilities were excellent and clean and kitchen appliances /utensils were clean in good condition and included everything we needed. Central heating was there if and when required but best of all was the hot tub. 'Luxury on the patio'
Sonia, Nuneaton
Date of stay: 10th April 2015
The lodge was fantastic and had everything you needed. Will definitely be booking to stay there again.
Jay, Isle Of Wight
Date of stay: 10th April 2015
We had one of our best holidays ever here !! The golf course was really well kept and the staff were friendly ! There is no swings and slides for kids on site and I think they are thinking of planning this for the future. A family friendly cafe would also be good and not just a club house !
Plenty to do in the surrounding areas, and I would certainly stay again.
Debra, Barnsley
Date of stay: 6th March 2015
Lovely wooden lodge, relaxing and peaceful
Raygan, Worksop

Date of stay: 16th February 2015
Second timewe have stayed at Grange Park - lodges are well equipped and comfortable. Our lodge was a little tired - it was clean but a little shabby in need of a re-fit bathrooms, paintwork etc. Hot tub fab, well maintained and really big. Grange is the best park we have had for hottubs - best maintained etc.
Amy
Date of stay: 6th February 2015
I was very impressed. A cosy get away with my partner is what I wanted, and that's what we got. It was quiet, no one disturbed us. The hot tub was wonderful, however instructions would have been useful as the temperature of the water dropped a lot on our last night and we couldn't use the hot tub because of this. The whole lodge was well supplied with all the essentials, however more towels would have been handy. In an email, I was told to take tea towels, but found there was already one supplied, along with washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and dish cloths. It was definitely more wellbstocked than I'd expected.
Kaz, Barnsley, South Yorkshire
Date of stay: 19th January 2015
Lovely spacious lodge
James, Cleethorpes
Date of stay: 19th January 2015
Was delighted with the log cabin, the best uk relaxing break we've ever had, the hot tub was amazing, will definitely be visiting again.
Sharon, Nottingham
Date of stay: 3rd January 2015
Did make a couple of suggestions to staff regarding hot tub, they were hooks outside to hang towels and robes, also would be an extra touch if they provided towelling robes to use rather than us having to use dressing gowns
Joanne, Heckington
Date of stay: 27th December 2014
Lodge could have been cleaner, noted cobwebs and little gold stars on floods along with lots of mildew in shower however these are superficial and did not effect my stay
Steve, Cleethorpes
Date of stay: 15th December 2014
All in all very comfortable and nice and warm.
The walls do not stop any sound so if lots of kids earplugs are a must.
Hot tub fantastic.
The only problem we came across , no can opener , strange considering everything else provided for.
Trish, Spalding
Date of stay: 24th November 2014

Sue, Wolverhampton
Date of stay: 18th August 2014
Great lodge with bedroom and bathroom layout ideal for a 3 generation holiday.
Shaun, Nottingham
Date of stay: 15th August 2014
The lodge was very nice and clean with spacious living areas, it came with all the things you expect from home including dishwasher, and washer. The hot tub was private and very clean, only downside was it could of done with a shelter over it as you got cold very quick if the weather changed.
Cj, Staffordshire
Date of stay: 28th July 2014
corner sofa was pushed up again wall as brackets to attach it together were missing! beds were really comfortable and cooking facilities were good we took our family dog for the first time which with the surroundings were perfect except for him trying to chase rabbits across the field ! We had a fabulous time and will return!
J, Biggleswade
Date of stay: 21st July 2014
The carpets although clean look a little worn although this was in a lodge where you could take pets which might explain that.
Ivan, Rotherham
Date of stay: 18th July 2014
the interior of lodge needs updating especialy the bathrooms; broken extractor fan black mould around shower screen, needs a lot of cleaning.
Rebecca, Gloucester
Date of stay: 18th July 2014
Neither o the two rooms upstairs have wardrobes so we had to hang our clothes for the week on the curtain rails (fortunately we had brought our own hangers).
The under-counter fridge is too small for a week of provisions for 8 people.
It would be nice to extend the decking to make a larger seating / sunbathing area off the grass.
Whilst the ramp to the front door is great for wheelchair access the gravel driveway is less ideal.
Anna
Date of stay: 14th July 2014
Sofa not overly comfortable however the bed was bliss. Bathroom a bit large, space could be useful elsewhere.
James, Campbeltown
Date of stay: 11th July 2014
This was a lovely lodge with a fantastic hot tub but the only thing that lets it down a bit is the lack of proper cleaning . There was cobwebs in all the rooms and all the grill pan and oven tins had not been cleaned . ( full of fat & grease ).
Julia, Houghton Le Spring
Date of stay: 4th July 2014
My husband and me wanted our first break away without our boys, who at 23 and 17 years are old enough to fend for themselves. This was absolutely perfect, quality time together to recharge our batteries with our own hot tub. Fab.
Heather, Manchester
Date of stay: 6th June 2014
Honey Lodge VIP was wonderful it was clean, relaxing and had everything we needed. It was the perfect setting for peace and quiet. The hot tub was fab, it was so lovely to stay in it while the sun was beaming through the trees; we both caught the sun!
Apart from Crows waking us up 4:30am on the dot every morning, it was fantastic!
Heather, Corby
Date of stay: 6th June 2014
Excellent lodge and value for money. One of the first lodges we've stayed in where there's been plenty of good crockery etc including pint glasses and coffee/tea mugs as well as the usual cups and saucers........only thing we couldn't find was a pair of kitchen scissors! Would highly recommend!
Laurence, St Albans
Date of stay: 26th May 2014
Great lodge but it needed blackout curtains in the bedroom as the window faced other lodges and the access road.

Centred around a Tropical House in an amazing jungle like setting this is a really unique attraction that will appeal to families.  In the Cleethorpes area of Lincolnshire it's easy to get to and offers a fun yet educational experience.  Referred to as the number one attraction in the area highlights include capuchin monkeys, meerkats, ring tailed lemur and for the children African pygmy goats.  The tropical house features Red Eared and other Terrapins from North America and goldfish amongst other things.  We think The Jungle Zoo represents excellent value for money too.  We recommend a whole day to explore this attraction and ensure you get to see all of the animals resident there.
