I actually thought the accommodation was lovely. It was close to the entertainment so quite loud but also out of the way at the same time. Shame it hasnt been well kept with regular cleaning! Carpets were filthy with food everywhere. Drawers were not emptied from previous guests. Sofas had rubbish down them. Cobwebs everywhere. Cant say I appreciated the fact that we had to remove the bed sheets off the bed before checking out, as apart from making the beds Im not actually sure what the cleaners do!

Caravan was modern clean tidy and equipped with all you need. (Minus one glass) We didn't manage to get the heating on though and it did get a bit chilly at times. but did have hot water for shower and washing. Tv reception was good plenty of storage.

The park was very nice and everyone was friendly, the caravan was very nice but some things were impractical and dangerous.I burn my forearm on the cooker door as it closed on me whilst I was trying to remove our meal (pictures to prove). The fridge was impractical with one shelf and the salad shel acts as a shelf so you have to remove everything from it to gain access to the salad underneath, the freezer door was small and doesnt open properly as it hits the fridge door as to closely fitted to the unit next to it.Toilet roll holder was too close to the toilet making it near impossible to reach. The TV was a terrible reception so was good that we had brought our own Dvd player and discs otherwise it was hit and miss getting a tv signal. No instructions for TV, microwave and Bluetooth set up as all were complicated to navigate around and we are quiet tech savvy.

We were missing a Cooker tray, so we were unable to cook anything in the cooker because there was no tray to put it onto. Unless you laid it on the bottom of the shelf. There were no shelves at all. Some of the doors were getting stuck when opening there was a hole in one the doors and the sink had been repaired because that had been chipped previously..

We chose the area (Rye/Battle) more than the Park. Site facilities were not used although we did walk around the Park one evening and were surprised to see security guards checking bags before entry to the Club. Does the Park really have a problem with criminal behaviour or general misbehaviour. We were thankful our caravan was located in a quiet corner. One major complaint...it took 40 minutes to queue and book in. That was bad and needs to be improved fast.

Awful never again. The site was worn and service in the restaurant was poor.. security were poor and had no people skills. Why to many if we are honest. Caravan was dirty had dogs hairs all over I could go on never again.

Date of stay: 1st November 2023
I asked to be put closer to the facilities as my son is disabled, instead I was put right at the back of the caravan site. Making the journey to use the swimming pool, water park etc extremely difficult. I ordered food at the Boat House on the first night, the food took two hours to come. I asked for a refund as suggested by the Manager, that was on the 14th August 2023. As of today which is Wednesday 30th August 2023, I havent received any refund. I asked for clean bedding, that wasnt given to us. I had to go to the laundry and wash the bedding myself. I left on Friday 25th August 2023 instead of Monday 28th August 2023, I would never return and I wouldnt recommend it whatsoever. Also the shower was covered in mould, we cleaned it thoroughly though, youre welcome. The absolutely worst experience of my entire life

Caravan was clean. The site was tidy and other holiday makers were very respectful of each other. Missing grill pan, no baking tray and no frying pan. Also only one drinking glass. But, there was a Teapot.

The caravan we stayed in lacked anything at all to hoover the floor, had no frying pans, no oven trays and no varander. Considering the cheaper van had a varander this was slightly annoying. There was no toilet brushes within the toilets and on the second to last day when packing we found a pair of ladies/girls underwear in our bedroom.

The staff in the restaurant that were there worked very hard just not enough of them. Had requested caravans near to one another as we were a group holiday for adults with learning disabilities but on arrival were spread all over the camp. One of the caravans had holes punched through the doors and walls. Entertainment done on the cheap very much the same each night.

We all had a lovely break away and we was very happy. We will be definitely be booking again in the near future.

A reasonable break but we chose to eat food from the local farm shop after experiencing the fish and chips on the first night, which was poor and expensive.

Lovely campsite on the Sussex/Kent border, with one of the best swimming pools I've come across. We come here every autumn and the whole family loves it.

Keri, Aldershot
Date of stay: 1st November 2019
The caravan was ok. Doors were a bit sticky. We found the previous occupants bacon still under the grill in a greasy pan and there were no shelves on the oven. The gas bottle ran out at one point. All of these issues were fixed quickly by the friendly customer service team. The entertainment staff were great. My Children went to lots of sessions and by the end of the week the staff recognised them which was lovely.
Donna, Maidstone
Date of stay: 18th October 2019
I loved my beautiful spacious caravan, I would love to live in it on a permanent basis & if I had the money I would definitely invest in one, bright spacious and so clean, cannot fault anything about it.
Carol, Bexley
Date of stay: 7th October 2019
Chalet in good location and excellent value for money
Stella, Gb
Date of stay: 5th October 2019
2 fittings inside the fridge were broken, therefore milk carton could not stand up inside the door. The grill pan and oven pan although usable were too small for the cooker.
Daisy, Gb
Date of stay: 23rd September 2019
10/10 would go again.
