Date of stay: 8th November 2021
When I added a extra person to the holiday I was not given the choice to upgrade to a bigger caravan as we had to have the youngest child with us, in the front room, as there was only 2 bedrooms and the additional adult, we brought due to family sadness, was not able to share with anyone.

Would have liked a veranda or outside seating and a carparking space outside caravan.

Date of stay: 19th August 2021
I was very disappointed that we couldn't use the pool until the very last day.bi didn't receive an email to tell me to pre book slots for the pool. As that was one of the main reasons for booking at this site. But the location was perfect. And my sister and brother were happy with theirs.

Not a caravan for anybody with young children due to having to walk through kitchen area when accessing toilet, bedrooms, entrance door.
Brian
Date of stay: 26th July 2021
A bit disappointed with accomodation, too small fridge/freezer and beds for full grown adults.
Jan, Penicuik
Date of stay: 26th July 2021
We paid more for this holiday than we usually would for 7 days, but the caravan we were allocated was really substandard. It was not very clean on arrival (food in the oven and in the freezer, litter under the beds). There was still dirty linen and rubbish bags outside the caravan, despite it being ready for us. There was no chopping board and only one shelf in the oven, which made self-catering for 5 people extremely time-consuming. There were no hooks anywhere in the caravan, so coats and towels had to be hung on open cupboard doors or laid on seats. Hardly any plug sockets either. In the double bedroom there was a weird queen size mattress-topper that was too small for the bed. But the real dampener was the groundworks (diggers, tractors, etc) that went on from 8:15 in the morning until late afternoon, right next to our caravan for the first four days of our stay. No-one at reception seemed bothered by this, or could tell us how long it would last for. Then there was the WiFi. We paid £16.99 for a 'Supersonic' InParks WiFi package that barely worked, and got no response from the support team who provided it when we contacted them (waited ages on the phone before giving up).

Nice little caravan park,a bit dated in places . If you had children with you they couldn't have played next to caravan as no room or grass next to our van . Swimming pool looked ok but didn't use it due to Covid restrictions on changing room. Restaurant was tidy and meals good value, entertainment area looks dated and only one live act same every night but that was due to Covid restrictions. Nothing really much goes on in Borth but beach is nice and is peaceful type of place. You need to have a car and go out and about to enjoy local area .
