The check in and out by text felt very in personal.Signs throughout the parks were very confusing, no staff on Bure site to ask for help.
Michael, Clacton On Sea
Date of stay: 23rd May 2022
On the whole the caravan was good value for money. Parking on the grass by caravan for 2 cars. Caravan had a comfortable double bed. The kitchen was well equipped. Heating and hot water was good. On suite was nice touch. 2 toilets. Good size shower. Good size TV which worked well. On the downside, main bedroom lacked any bedside cabinets or socket outlets and no bedside lighting. Living area lacked any cushions so seats became uncomfortable for us after a while.

Barton caravan was spotlessly clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Just a couple of things we thought could improve it - a bigger fridge, we had to shop each day as fridge was tiny. Also the shower floor was slippy. I had to buy a shower mat to prevent an accident.
Phil, Cirencester

It would of been a lovely holiday if it wasn't for the noise of the other holiday makers hadn't kept us awake for two nights shouting.

Upon arrival I did have to clean some chocolate off the table and some muck of the door. But other than that it was fine. Had all equipment that you could need, including a hair dryer.

Date of stay: 1st November 2021
When we left the site we had a good time. My daughter and I enjoyed the swimming pool once but showers didn't work there are some good places to visit about Yarmouth. We will go there again but not to this site

Lovely ,comfy and well equipped caravan.
Mervyn
Date of stay: 18th October 2021
Accommodation wasn't very clean & it seemed as though the bathroom had had a leak at some point as it smelt damp. Couldn't find a room thermostat for the heating & no info on how to operate it was available. We finally found out that boiler had been turned off, this was the only way to operate the heating without setting a timer which is totally impractical for holiday makers.
Peter, Basildon

Good caravan nice and and comfortable
Susan, Gorleston
Date of stay: 29th September 2021
Did not eat in the restaurant but did have a coffee which was fine but the caravan was a nice did not expect luxury for the price paid but it was not cleaned carpet was dirty wrappers down the side of the bed from previous people thick dust on top of shelves in bedrooms and dirty cutlery and plates and the staff who we saw were very nice and sounded nice on the phone but considering you can,t go in the caravan until 5pm because of this deep cleanyou do expect more
Chantelle, Bexleyheath

Date of stay: 8th August 2021
We had a good holiday but would spend more on a caravan for more comfort as we couldn't get in the entertainment so spent evenings in the caravan which wasn't too comfy.
Peter, Gravesend
Date of stay: 19th July 2021
Having been coming to this site for several years now, it has not changed much in this time, that why we like it. Quite & out the way of the hussle & bussel unlike the bigger camps.
Beryl, Maldon Essex
Date of stay: 4th July 2021
Beautiful caravan, it had everything you could possibly want for a self catering holiday, spotless on arrival
Stuart, Beverley
Date of stay: 20th June 2021
Nice caravan , disappointed that there was no decking , not very clear description in the brochure. But it was probably my fault should have spent a bit more money.
Martin, London
Date of stay: 14th June 2021
Very small park with its buddy site a good 10 min walk down a main road. Facilities are split across the two parks which is a real pain. Limited organised activities and the arcade on site is tiny with half the machines not working. Couldn't book the swimming sessions that we wanted with no outdoor sessions available at all despite that being the main reason for selecting the site. Show bar very small as well although entertainment staff were excellent.
Sharon, Essex
Date of stay: 31st May 2021
The Cantley caravan is lovely: well-designed, comfortable, well-equipped and compact, perfect for 2.
