Date of stay: 18th August 2017
We stayed in a lodge. It was clean very well equipped. Housekeeping attended on the first afternoon to check with us that it was up to standard it was. We arrived at 9 am, went to reception to let them know we had arrived. We were not due to check in until 3pm. They said for us to go and would call us if it was available early. We received a call at around 11.30am so we checked in. Fantastically early.

Date of stay: 17th June 2017
lovely hot tub and the caravan was fine except that the 3rd bedroom was TINY. It wasn't really suitable for adult use and should be advertised as a child's room.
Richard, Stourbridge/ West Midlands
Date of stay: 17th June 2017
only fault we had was a six berth caravan with a fridge big enough two people. couldnt fit 4 pints of milk or even two pints would not fit. we had to swap sald shelf and stand milk in the salad box. its the only fault i found.... Restaurant..... bit more choice in food and we had the two steak offer for 20.00 wasnt asked if we wanted salad dressing sprinkled over the bit of salad as we did like that the coleslaw was not not liked by two of us but we had no choice. i just left mine on plate. if people were asked could of saved you some money and not wasted. burgers on a sunday funny compo. nothing for people with coeliac need more choice but thats not just you thats pubs and restaurants, will be back soon
Nicola, Bristol
Date of stay: 2nd June 2017
Van was clean and tidy. All the vans were positioned so you didn't feel overlooked or in rows as so many parks.
Date of stay: 15th May 2017
Carvan needs some repair work eg white duck tape on the door, little hole on the wall, pull out bed and mattress full of rust spring needs replacing, heating in master bedroom only had little heat had to sleep in with are little one.
John, Hamilton, Scotland
Date of stay: 8th May 2017
The caravan was lovely and luxurious. It was brand new for 2017 and didn't look as if it had been used much. It was spotlessly clean inside and outside. The grass and paths around it were well maintained. There was a hot tub situated on the decking and people came around every day to maintain it. There was also a gate on the decking which would make it very safe for young children- as long as the hot tub cover was on! The master bedroom with the en suite toilet was very spacious and it was a real bonus having two toilets among four adults.
The other two bedrooms were very cramped and while they may have been fine for children, they really weren't suitable for two adults to share. As a result of this, the pull out bed in the lounge area had to be put into use. The lounge area was huge and perhaps space could have been taken from here and the master bedroom to make the other bedrooms bigger or the smallest bedroom could have been a one bed room. Also the door to the smallest bedroom didn't close properly.
There is nowhere to hang wet jackets. There is a big cupboard in the hall where the boiler is stored and it would have been very useful if there had been hooks to hang up jackets here.
With a few adaptations this caravan would be perfect. However it is great in so many other ways and I would certainly book it again.
Stephanie, Blackwood
Date of stay: 21st April 2017
Lovely modern caravan. Smaller than we've had on other sites in the past. DVD player was missing on arrival but quickly sorted.

Where there is an option of an upgrade I think this should be offered to customers- caravans with hot tubs by our site going empty as the park was quiet!
Emma, Birmingham
Date of stay: 21st April 2017
Spacious living area, all mod cons, even central heating for those cold mornings! The 2nd twin room was very small - would be best suited to young children and not teenagers.

I hadn't stayed in a caravan since I was a child but booked at Beverley Park for a last minute late summer break. I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and comfortable the caravan was. It had everything I needed and I immediately felt at home. The park was ideally situated and was very quiet and peaceful. I definitely intend to go back again next year

Date of stay: 11th April 2015
Would thoroughly recommend this lodge - the views and the hot tub was amazing. Interior decoration ie fixtures and fittings very smart too.

Just a steep hill to walk up to for the facilities but as on the edge of the park, the privacy is nice.

Fantastic accommodation. Very clean and modern.
Tracey, Herne Bay
Date of stay: 6th April 2015
These vans are really lovely - unfortunately we only spent the first night of the Easter weekend in the Platinum 4 (due to ridiculously noisy neighbours) but it was a fabulously clean and well-equipped van, and even after we moved to the lower grade van (think it was a Premier?), that also was really comfortable and clean, and had everything we needed for a long weekend.
Jeffrey, Rotherham
Date of stay: 28th February 2015
lodge great but up a steep hill. we had a wheelchair which I would not be able to push up the hill. but having a car we were ok.

Date of stay: 1st November 2014
The kingfisher lodge is spacious and in a great location. However, again it could do with being modernised as a little old fashioned in the furnishings (brother stayed in a caravan that was really modern!) However clean with good appliances so all good.ha
Date of stay: 25th October 2014
Fantastic lodge
Everything I could have wished for.
Kay, Burnham On Sea
Date of stay: 27th September 2014
The Sandpiper lodge has everything you need but is a little dated in decor. This however did not put us off wanting to come back as we were sad to leave
Lynda, Birmingham
Date of stay: 12th September 2014
Lovely clean and friendly park . will definitely stay again.
Joanna, Guildford
Date of stay: 30th August 2014
Great park, great facilities, indoor swimming pool was smaller than i thought it would be (got very busy when the weather was bad) outdoor pool was huge but sometimes too cold to be outside - would be great if it was covered as it was the wind that made you feel cold (the rain kept you warm).
Site was really quiet and well maintained and clean.
Entertainment was great, really good shows from the entertainment staff.
location was great - 15 min walk down to the beach and a 30 min walk back as all up hill (not a problem for us)
we used the bus stop outside the park and went to Torquay and Paignton.
All in all a great holiday and the only thing that let it down was the wet British weather
Dionne, Upminster
Date of stay: 30th August 2014
When I booked the holiday I was sure that I booked a lodge and not a carvan and to be honest I didn't check the reservation, so we were a little disappointed with the carvan. The carvan was very clean and nice but the decor was rather dated.

We had a wonderful holiday and Beverley park was a lovely place to stay.
David, Essex

Date of stay: 16th August 2014
really missed a coathanger on the back of the bedroom door for dressing gowns.
A shower mat was essential to us, really frustrating you didn't provide one.
Towels should have been provided, we knew ours weren't but took nearly a whole suitcase to pack 4 bath towels & 4 swim towels. Not happy!!
David, Fleetwood

Date of stay: 9th August 2014
fixtures and fittings getting a bit tired.
Date of stay: 2nd August 2014
Really good holiday park, amenities good, only feedback to give would be to refresh the domestics within the caravan, double mattress need to be replaced, cutlery kitchen equipment needs to be replaced, and a decent sized freezer. However these are only minor points, the kids and I would definitely return, swimming pool and evening entertainment really is first class... Thanks for a great week
Lynsey, Portsmouth

Date of stay: 7th June 2014
We enjoyed our stay at Beverley park and used it as a base to visit the attractions. We read that it was a 15 min walk to the beach however it was much further than that even for a fit person and having been unwell for 3 years had to use the car to go to beach each time.
Date of stay: 6th June 2014
Fantastic family facilities - especially the onsite bathroom.
Only complaint about the caravan was the lumpy mattress in the master bedroom.
Sue, Milton Keynes

The Heron Lodge is amazing, forget home from home it was better than home! Has the basics, has the extras and has the luxuries. Very spacious lodge with flat screen TV's in all bedrooms, ensuite to master, heating throughout, dishwasher, coffee machine, full size fridge freezer, wii, patio furniture and hot tub with a great view.
Amanda, Sutton Coldfield
Date of stay: 3rd January 2014
Lovely, accommodation was of a very high standard, the hot tub was wonderful!
We loved our family holiday, clean environment, helpful and friendly staff.
Lovely place to relax and enjoy a few days away. Only down fall is there's not a lot for teenagers to do. Restaurant didn't have many options but eating out locally was no problem. Bar clean and friendly.
The holiday park itself was ok, the entertainment and bar areas were fine. The indoor pool is slightly on the small side, didn't get chance to use the outdoor poor due to cool weather. The caravans were excellent, clean tidy and very spacious. The towns and villages around the park were excellent, lots to do and see. On a whole excellent value for money and we would re visit
Beverley Park is a great holiday park in a fantastic location. We stayed in a lodge, with fantastic views over Torbay. The lodge was comfortable and well equipped. We'll definitely stay here again.
Staff very helpful , accommodation was clean , tidy and exactly as described. Facilities were great .
Very pleasant quite weekend break. Stayed out of season so not much going on, but that is just what we wanted. Looking to go back again.
