Date of stay: 17th April 2022
The caravan was not the one I paid for as we booked 2 caravans and got completely different sizes, when arriving we had to scrub the caravans ourselves due to the mess left behind from the cleaners not doing anything except eating her dinner in the caravan.
Angela, Pontefract
Date of stay: 29th March 2022
The Byland caravan was nice could have done with more instructions to use heating microwave etc. Needs a couple of lamps for ambient lighting. Otherwise very happy with my stay
Charlotte, Warwickshire
Date of stay: 8th November 2021
Beautiful location, not much on site but that worked for us! Facilities could do with an update - really wish there was an indoor pool! Caravan was generally clean though there was quite a bit of dust on radiators etc, and rust on the radiator in the bathroom. The caravan was comfortable, and we'll equipped. Fitted sheets wouldn't go amiss as the flat ones always slip off the mattress - we bring one with to swap out!

Considering we paid for a more deluxe caravan the old covid trick meant the caravan had no furnishing whatsoever which left it extremely uncomfortable and not welcoming.

Date of stay: 1st June 2021
After returning from our holiday I attended for a hospital appointment regarding my pregnancy where I had to do a carbon monoxide test. The level was showing high to say I am a non smoker and have detectors in my house. It's likely this came from the caravan we stayed in so I wanted to pass this on for any infants or other pregnant females safety.
