Welcome to...

Atlantic Reach Holiday Village

The Award winning Atlantic Reach Holiday Village is embedded in countryside and is close to some of the finest beaches in Europe. Just 6 miles from popular Newquay, Atlantic Reach offers a unique combination of country ambiance, stylish living, superb sports and leisure facilities and excellent but affordable dining.

At the heart of Atlantic Reach is the new clubhouse, indoor pool, fitness centre, island bar and lounge and blue room restaurant. And when you want to treat yourself why not escape to the Indigo Spa where you can relax in the hydrotherapy pool and treatment rooms.

This is an area with a wonderful climate and mile upon mile of sandy beaches. Families can enjoy making sandcastles and splashing in the waves and those looking for more adventure can try surfing and several other water sports. The area has many attractions away from the beach including the Camel Trail. This disused railway line is now a superb walking and cycling path. A visit to King Arthur's castle at Tintage is well worth a visit too.

Accommodation at Atlantic Reach is rather unique in spacious houses. The large and comfortable homes are stylish and very well equipped. The Atlantic Standard is a good value for money option and sleeps four people. The Atlantic Gold is large and very luxurious sleeping up to eight people. This home is ideal for groups and also has a jacuzzi bath.

Date of stay: 22nd June 2018
Accommodation cleaned to a good standard which is the first positive to having a good holiday, everything else just gets better; even if the weather is not too good the accommodation would be a great place to watch the rain from!

Date of stay: 14th April 2018

Adrienne, Poole
Date of stay: 13th April 2018
Amazing cottage - nicer and bigger than my own home! Bar a broken drawer in one of the rooms and normal hotel type mattresses (!) it was fantastic. Couldn't fault it. 4 adults, 4 children and a puppy and it was still big enough where you didn't feel like you were living on top of one another.
Marie, Exeter
Date of stay: 13th April 2018
Wonderful cottage ... Great space ... Modern appliances
Julie, Kent
Date of stay: 7th April 2018

Claire, Bilsthorpe
Date of stay: 23rd February 2018
Excellent accommodation however the only snag is if you are in the downstairs bedroom it can be very chilly at night especially at this time of year due to no heating in there unlike the rest of the place. It was so comfortable felt like being at home.
Julie, Beaconsfield
Date of stay: 17th February 2018
Very comfortable chalet, though not quite enough kitchen equipment for me, as I like to bake. The bedrooms were just the right size too.
Maxine, Bristol
Date of stay: 12th February 2018
A nice holiday but the whole place was a bit dull and lacking in atmosphere. Thought there might be more going on for the children, as it was not a cheap holiday - a bit disappointed.

Accommodation was pretty much the best we have come across, including gold accommodataion elsewhere! The other half is already hinting he wants to go back next year, but that could be for the golf as he didn't work out til the penultimate day that he could have been getting a round in before anyone woke!
Wayne, Swansea

Date of stay: 7th July 2017
Fantastic place for a family.
Date of stay: 1st July 2017
quality of fixtures anf fittings was exellent ,maybe it was because it was a privatly owned ,the best we have stayed in and we have been here five times before. just two negatives need better pillows very flat and a bigger tv as the room is so big it looks lost .exellent stay and we will request that one again when we return later in year.
Dean, Canterbury

Date of stay: 22nd April 2017
The accommodation is lovely. The only complaint was the hot tub was not ready as was being set up on the Saturday which meant it didn't reach a temperature for use until the Sunday. But the hot tub was well maintained.

Nicky, Derby
Date of stay: 15th April 2017

Susan, Nottinghamshire
Date of stay: 8th April 2017
The standard of the 4 bedroom contemporary cottage was amazing. That coupled with 3 bathrooms, it truly was a home from home experience. There was also more than ample room in the downstairs living space. The quality of the in house facilities was also good; had everything we needed for our holiday.
Samantha, Surrey
Date of stay: 24th February 2017

Paul, Didcot
Date of stay: 17th September 2016
The property we booked was great exactly as listed on the web and exceeded our expectations. Plenty of space and comfort. Great for a family holiday
Sharon, Dudley
Date of stay: 16th September 2016
Lovely cottage (no 65) although in need of decoration and attention inside and out.

Also, although I am appreciative that dogs are allowed, and we did bring a small one, we could not get over the state and smell of the carpets especially downstairs, the smell of dogs was horrendous and was a constant presence throughout the stay, and visible remains of dog excrement and urine was visible on the down stairs carpets, that made it feel very unclean.

I feel it would be better in the cottages that allow dogs to have more hygienic and easy to clean flooring instead of carpets.

We did bring a very small house trained dog, who went outside to do his business and not all over the carpets, which it looked like previous occupants dogs had.
Robert, Birmingham
Date of stay: 10th September 2016
Our holiday was superb, we could not fault the place
Christopher, Liverpool

4 bed cottage is spacious and well equipped, some minor niggles with fixtures and fittings but nothing serious.
Date of stay: 30th July 2016

Joanne, Dudley
Date of stay: 30th July 2016
Lovely room, home from home. These rooms have everything you need to be comfortable whilst on holiday. The kitchen has a full-size freezer, so very convenient if you get your shopping for the week delivered straight in by the local supermarket. The bathroom was very nicely fitted too.

We would definitely stay here aagin. We were a family of four with childrens aged 12 & 14.
Date of stay: 23rd July 2016

Delphine, Redditch
Date of stay: 11th June 2016
Nice holiday at Atlantic reach, it was our 3rd time there. Perfect location and lots to do as a family. The only issue was we had to share the property with a lot of ants... they were everywhere on the ground floor which meant we spent a lot of time cleaning and vacuuming to make sure we kept them at minimum. We have a dog and two young children so could not use chemicals while we were there. Also, the house could use a bit of tlc compared to the ones we stayed in before but other than that, we still enjoyed our time there and would come back.
Vince, Edinburgh
Date of stay: 28th May 2016
Huge open plan kitchen/living area. Handy downstairs double and bathroom for those with mobility problems. Three good size rooms and a jacuzzi bath..
Emma, Bicester, Oxon
Date of stay: 28th March 2016
The accommodation was well decorated and comfortable. There was plenty of room in the villa for all 7 of us to eat together and for us all to sit together in the evenings either watching a film or playing games. The kitchen was well stocked with all the equipment you might need. The hot tub was excellent, I would definitely recommend spending a little more to have this. It was good to see that the hot tub was well maintained and checked twice a day. My teenage son also recommends the spa bath!
David, Fleet
Date of stay: 20th February 2016

A wonderful Christmas Holiday with my family of 3 generations.
The house was perfect, ideal for a family or group of friends, with 4 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The lounge, dining and kitchen area were very well equipped with plenty of storage and very comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean and very comfortable.
Would certainly recommend this Hoseasons house.
Angelo, London

Date of stay: 26th September 2015
We thought the accommodation was great. It was clean on arrival and better equipped than many places we've stayed in previously. Hot tub was great and checked regularly by staff. Lovely enclosed outdoor space which was ideal for us as we had a young child with us. We requested a high chair which was already in the accommodation on arrival and looked brand new. Only negative really was the dishwasher - it seemed to make everything more dirty - wasn't a big issue for us though. Overall we were very happy!
Lisa, Barnsley

Date of stay: 29th August 2015
The accommodation was so much better than I could have thought at the time of booking, the house/chalet looked and felt as if it had just been renovated.

Safe, clean and perfect for families.

Date of stay: 29th August 2015
Wow what fab accommodation to stay in. We were pleasantly surprised and very impressed, particularly with the kitchen and bathroom.
Peter, Rustington
Date of stay: 29th August 2015
Over priced for what you, house did not have a garden area for private seating and to have a BBQ you have to sit outside the front door on the path
Benjamin, Eastbourne
Date of stay: 22nd August 2015
great holiday site brilliant staff will book again in the future
Andrew, Swadlincote
Date of stay: 22nd August 2015
We were a party of 7 with young children and a grandparent and stayed in one of the large cottages. The cottage itself was well laid out with plenty of room for a large party, much better than we expected. Some of the fixtures and fittings looked a bit tired but nothing major, the cottage was clean. Our only grumbles were that there were only 2 keys available which caused a few problems when we split up to do different things, also there weren't really enough utensils, pans etc suitable for cooking for 7/8 people. Overall this was an excellent accommodation for a large family group.
Date of stay: 15th August 2015
clean accommodation, there was a lack of mirrors in the bed rooms which proved difficult when drying your hair
David, Bromley Kent
Date of stay: 15th August 2015
the cottage was nice but the decoration is a bit tired and needs a face lift, inside and out
Ann, Merseyside
Date of stay: 8th August 2015
Was very happy. Only issue was that it had a strange smell but it didn't affect our stay in any way.
Katie, Wolverhampton
Date of stay: 24th July 2015
Well maintained & spacious. Smoke alarm was however located right over the grill, making cooking impossible without it going off! Very clean & tidy. Parking was a bit of an issue on some occasions.
Kim, Buckingham
Date of stay: 17th July 2015
the cottage was very nice very like home from home. there were 5 adults and 3 children in our holiday group plenty of room for all. hot tub was fantastic thank you.

Nice clean accomodation with good facilities. Hot tub was great.
Helen, Magor
Date of stay: 10th April 2015
Great house, lots of space and very clean. Only downside is it should have two doubles and two twin bedrooms for more flexibility.
Margaret, Plymouth
Date of stay: 10th April 2015
Settees were a bit worse for wear. Need new ones
Rajen, London
Date of stay: 6th April 2015
Excellent place to stay. Floor boards were extremely creaky in entrance to one of the bedrooms and with sleeping toddlers this is really bad. It would have also been good if someone told us that there is a switch over the doorframe which controls the extractor fans to the bathrooms.

Overall, it was great.
Tania, Plymouth
Date of stay: 20th February 2015
Amazing lodge. The only down side was that the boiler was too noisy during the night but we just moved downstair into a different bedroom.
John, Clevedon
Date of stay: 3rd January 2015
Very well furnished etc. BUT the floorboards and beds were so creaky that they made getting young children to sleep a nightmare! Walking across the first floor sounded like fireworks going off.

Also surprised that the house had no cafetiere!
Clare, Gloucester
Date of stay: 3rd January 2015
House could do with being painted outside, front door lock very stiff, no coat hooks which is a complete pain for winter holidays. Not double beds in the double bedded rooms these are queen size.

Office staff and maintenance team brilliant when our 4 yr old locked himself in the loo and then the lock broke!
Lorna, Brighton
Date of stay: 3rd January 2015
Items in the Cottage to cook with kept breaking while using them and the TV was terrible did not work half the time.
Diane, Paignton
Date of stay: 27th December 2014
Accommodation was a proper home from home well thought out and for one a decent size freezer not just the stupid icebox in a fridge which is a waste of space.
Louise, London
Date of stay: 1st November 2014
Great houses to stay in.
Nicola, Tewkesbury
Date of stay: 1st November 2014
The only dowside was the size of the kerb outside our accomadation. We telephoned the site direct at the time of booking as my dad has limited mobility and was told all accomadation have dropped kerbs. On arrival the "dropped" kerb was nearly 6 inches high. Very disappointed
Daren, Hoddesdon
Date of stay: 28th October 2014

Date of stay: 26th September 2014
We Stayed in one of the garden terraces and we had the best 4 night mini break we could of asked for. Date of stay: 30th August 2014
Found sweet packets behind furniture in the bedroom and the down stair shower room smelled of blocked drains. When I took out the plug in the shower it was full of hairs from a previous guest. I had to buy freshners for the shower room and clean it

Date of stay: 19th April 2014
Everything a family would need for a week away. Bed was a bit old and creaked. Could do with replacing. But apart from that-faultless!!!
The accommodation was super with everything you could think of and more ... Great space ... Lovely facilities
Thank you for another great brake. Children had a brilliant time
We booked last minute for Easter weekend and couldn’t have been more happy with the accommodation we were given. The house was beautiful and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. It really was the full package would love to come again.
Very dog friendly and fun weekend away.
Very happy with our holiday!
Had a lovely stay at Atlantic reach over Easter. Staff were lovely and the children were even given a complimentary easter egg on arrival which they were thrilled with. The only thing that i would say let the facilities down were the changing areas in the swimming pool. They are very small and there are absolutely no cubicles so privacy is a huge issue. Not everybody is comfortable changing in front of strangers (myself included) and i feel that there needs to be private changing areas provided in the way of cubicles. You could not change discreetly due to the huge mirror at the other end of the changing room so even turning away from other people didnt really provide any privacy as they could see everything in the reflection of the mirror. This was a real issue for me as i do value my privacy and also respect that of others which was pretty difficult in these changing areas. I believe both the male and female areas were the same. The chalets were fantastic and all other facilities were great. Wouldnt hesitiate to visit again
We went with three young children and it was just perfect for us. The 4 bed houses were amazing value at Easter. The entertainment and facilities were excellent.
This was fantastic and great value for money. It was lovely and peaceful. Not many people about at this time of year however that's the way I like it.
